现有研究表明,自闭症者在基于物理事件的视听整合能力是完好的,但在情绪、言语等高级社会认知加工中的面孔-语音视听整合能力存在缺损。对于自闭症者在情绪、言语中表现出的缺损,有研究认为这是源于自闭症者面孔识别的困难,也有研究者认为是自闭症者面孔语音视听整合能力的缺损。本研究就目前的争议,对自闭症者在情绪面孔语音中的视听整合缺陷机制进一步的研究。两实验均采用语音对面孔辨别的干扰效应的范式进行研究,16对在性别、年龄和瑞文非言语智力匹配的自闭症(平均年龄为13.2岁)和非自闭症青少年参加本次实验。研究1中情绪语音与情绪面孔同时呈现,要求被试对面孔情绪进行判断,结果发现,一致性主效应显著,两组被试间一致性和组别的交互作用显著,表明自闭症者在情绪面孔语音的整合上存在缺陷。情绪视听整合缺损是否来自更低水平的面孔语音视听整合的缺损?研究2中性别语音和性别面孔同时呈现,要求被试对面孔性别进行判断,结果发现,一致性主效应显著,两组被试间一致性和组别的不交互作用显著,表明自闭症者发生在低水平阶段的面孔-语音视听整合不存在缺损。研究1和2表明自闭症者面孔语音视听整合能力完好,但情绪面孔语音视听整合存在缺损。基于研究1和2的进一步分析,发现自闭症者在情绪面孔语音的缺损可能来自情绪语音加工的困难。
外文摘要:
The present research suggested that the ability of audio-visual integration of the person with autism preserved well in the non-social contingencies, but not well in the advanced social cognitive processing such as emotion and language audio-visual integration. As for the fact that emotion and language integration is found deficit in autism, Some researchers thought it was result from the difficulty of face recognition, and some others argued it was result from the disability of face-voice integration. According to the present controversy, the present research would continue to explore the deficiency mechanism of emotion audio-visual integration in autism. The paradigm used in the experiments was the interference effect of voice present to the face discrimination. 16 pairs of autism and non-autistic teenagers took part in out experiment, which were matched in chronological age, gender and non-verbal intelligence. Emotion face and emotion voice were present simultaneously in experiment 1, and subjects were needed to tell the face was sad or happy. The result showed that there was a significant main effect in the consistency, and the interaction effect of group and consistency was also significant. These results suggested that autism had difficult in integrating of emotion face and voice. Did the lower level of face and voice integration resulted in the aberrant emotion audio-visual integration? Gender face and voice were present simultaneously in experiment 2, subjects were asked to discrimination of the face (man or woman). The results showed that there was a significant main effect in the consistency, and the interaction effect of group and consistency was not significant. These results suggested that autism had no difficulty in the face and voice audio-visual integration. Research 1 and 2 indicated that autism had normal ability of face-voice integration, but abnormal emotion audio-visual integration. On the basis of experiment 1 and 2, we further found that the case of abnormal emotion audio-visual integration was from the difficult of emotion voice recognition.
