当前,我国处在一个经济、社会、文化高速发展的阶段。在这样的社会背景下,我国高等教育发展也很迅速。高校辅导员作为高等教育的重要组成部分,直接影响着高校学生的成长和发展。所以,对高校辅导员开展研究具有重要的现实意义。本研究主要是从高校辅导员的体验和感受出发,对高校辅导员专业化面临的困难和挑战进行研究。研究者运用了质性研究的方法,走进辅导员群体之中,以Z高校的几位辅导员老师作为研究对象,通过观察、访谈和实物分析的方法,对高校辅导员专业化面临的困难和挑战进行了研究。本研究主要以相关的学生事务专业化的评判标准为框架,从专业知识,专业技能,专业组织,专业发展,工作内容和职责等角度对高校辅导员专业化的困难和挑战进行分析和讨论,并在主要的研究发现基础上提出相应的建议。
外文摘要:
At present, China is in a stage with high speed development in economy, society and culture. Within the social context , the development of China's higher education develop fast as well. As an important part of higher education, College counselors influence the growth and development of college students directly. Therefore, the study on college counselors is important in practical significance.The study explores the difficulties and challenges faced by college counselors during their specialization based on their experiences and feelings. Using the method of qualitative research, the researcher studies the difficulties and challenges by involving into their lives of several college counselors in Z university, with the ways of observing, interviewing and physical analyzing. The study gives out the thematic analysis on the difficulties and challenges the college counselors faced during their professionalization from several areas of expertise, professional skills , professional organizations , professional development and the defining of the job content and responsibilities. On the basis of these outcomes, the researcher put forward the corresponding suggestions.
