作为手机媒体原生代的青少年,过度依赖手机所带来的一系列如情绪、人际等问题也越来越突出,越来越受到关注。父母的态度和行为影响青少年的态度和行为,其中,父母监督行为是影响青少年行为的重要方面。采用何种方式引导青少年正确的使用手机,减少对其依赖是家长们关心的问题。积极监督和监控是最常使用的监督方式。依据自我决定理论,父母的积极监督可以增进亲子间的沟通,培养青少年的媒体素养,从而满足青少年的关系需要和自主需要,减轻手机依赖。监控会使青少年产生被控制感,无法满足青少年的自主需要从而加重手机依赖。实际研究结果与此假设并不一致。手机依赖的产生和父母的监督行为是一个过程,且相互影响,目前关于父母监督对手机依赖影响的研究多为横断设计,无法确定父母监督和手机依赖的因果关系。本研究旨在探讨父母监督中积极监督、监控和青少年手机依赖的相关关系,并采用交叉滞后模型探究父母监督中积极监督、监控和手机依赖之间的因果关系。 本研究选取北京一所小学的四、五年级和一所初中初一学生为被试,采用手机依赖量表和父母监督量表,进行了间隔六个月的三次追踪测试。对数据进行交叉滞后分析,结果表明:积极监督负向预测手机依赖,结果相对稳定。手机依赖负向预测积极监督。监控有正向预测手机依赖的趋势,但结果不稳定。手机依赖对监控没有预测作用。研究结果为指导父母干预青少年的手机使用提供实证数据支持。

As the native generation of mobile media, teenagers are increasingly concerned about a series of emotional and interpersonal problems caused by excessive reliance on mobile phones. Parents' attitude and behavior affect teenagers' attitude and behavior, among which parental mediation is an important aspect affecting teenagers' behavior. Parents are concerned about how to guide teenagers to use mobile phones properly and reduce their dependence on them. Active mediation and monitoring is the most commonly used form of mediation. According to the self-determination theory, active parental mediation can improve parent-child communication and cultivate teenagers' media literacy, so as to meet their relationship needs and autonomous needs and reduce their dependence on mobile phones. Monitoring can make teenagers feel controlled and unable to meet their autonomous needs, thus aggravating their dependence on mobile phones. The actual results are not consistent with this assumption. The generation of mobile phone dependence and parental mediation is a process with mutual influence. At present, most studies on the influence of parental mediation on mobile phone dependence are cross-sectional design, so the causal relationship between mobile phone dependence and parental mediation cannot be determined. The purpose of this study is to explore the correlation between active mediation, monitoring and mobile phone dependence in adolescent parental mediation, and to explore the causal relationship between active mediation, monitoring and mobile phone dependence in parental mediation by using the cross-lag model. In this study, the fourth and fifth grade students in a primary school in Beijing and the first grade students in a junior high school were selected as subjects. The mobile phone dependence scale and parental mediation scale were used to conduct three follow-up tests at an interval of six months. The results are as follows: The positive mediation is a negative prediction of mobile phone dependence and the results are relatively stable. Mobile phone dependence is a negative prediction of positive mediation. Monitoring has a positive prediction of the trend of mobile phone dependence, but the results are not stable. Mobile phone dependence has no predictive effect on monitoring. The results of this study provide empirical data support for guiding parents to intervene teenagers' mobile phone use.
