活动教学作为一种教学方式在小学英语教学中倍受关注，随着网络教学平台在中小学中的普及，交互式学习活动的设计和开发开始受到关注。本研究通过教育建模和系统开发，设计并开发了一个应用于小学英语课堂教学的交互式学习活动系统，使小学生学习英语课程时的兴趣得到激发，提高学生学习积极性，使学生形成自主学习的学习习惯。本系统使用SQL数据库储存数据，XML文件构建活动内容结构，以Flash作为活动模板。教师可以选择模板，添加内容，形成能够在网络教学中使用的活动。系统开发完成后，通过首页调查可获得使用者的评价和反馈意见。本文中介绍了系统的功能、使用方法和关键技术的实现。

Activities teaching, as a kind of teaching mode, get attention in the teaching of English in primary schools. Along with widespread of the network teaching platform in schools, the design and development of interactive learning activity begin to get close attention. Through education modeling and system development, this research designs and develops an interactive learning activity system of elementary school class teaching to make students learn English with more interest, improve students get inspired study enthusiasm, and make students forming the self-study habit of studying. This system stores data using SQL database, and construct activities’ content structure and with template with XML file and Flash respectively. Teachers can select template, add content, and then form activities used in the network teaching. After completion of the system development, evaluation and feedback of users can be obtained through the questionnaire in the home page. This paper introduces the function and using methods of the system, and key technology.
