亲密关系作为一项贯穿一生的人格发展任务，是人际生活中非常重要的一部分。近年来，随着智能手机与互联网络的广泛普及，手机冷落行为在人际相处中愈发常见，对个体的人际关系发展造成了诸多不良影响，尤其为处于亲密关系中的伴侣相处来了威胁，影响其对亲密关系的满意程度。个体因为低头玩手机而使自己的伴侣感受到被忽略被冷落的举动给其亲密关系的维持和经营带来了很大挑战。

因此，为进一步探究这一问题的作用机制，本研究使用问卷调查，收集了203名18～40岁、高中以上学历、有稳定亲密异性伴侣个体的感知伴侣低头行为、亲密关系满意度、安全感水平、反刍思维水平情况，通过相应分析及模型检验，得出以下主要结论：(1)伴侣低头行为能够对亲密关系满意度做出负向预测，其出现越频繁，亲密关系满意度就越低；(2)个体安全感水平能够完全中介伴侣低头行为对亲密关系满意度的影响；(3)个体反刍思维水平可以通过调节安全感水平对亲密关系满意度的影响，影响伴侣低头行为负向预测亲密关系满意度的过程。

Intimacy, as a lifelong personality development task, is a very important part of interpersonal life. In recent years, with the widespread use of smartphones and the Internet, Phubbing has become increasingly common in interpersonal relationships, causing many negative effects on the development of interpersonal relationships, especially for partners in intimate relationships, and affecting their satisfaction with their intimate relationships. To investigate the mechanism of this problem, this study used a questionnaire to collect information on the perceived head-down behaviour, intimacy satisfaction, security, and regurgitated thinking among 203 individuals aged 18 to 40 with high school education or above who had a stable intimate partner of the opposite sex.

Through corresponding analyses and model tests, the following main conclusions were drawn: (1) Phubbing significantly and negatively predicted intimacy satisfaction; (2) Individual security levels played a fully mediating role in the relationship between Phubbing and intimacy satisfaction; (3) Individual ruminative thinking levels could influence Phubbing by moderating the effect of security levels on intimacy satisfaction behaviour negatively predicts the process of intimacy satisfaction.
