随着社会从信息时代步入数字经济时代,科技创新已成为企业持续发展的关键驱动力。企业只有在拥有强大的科技创新能力的情况下,才能在快速变化的市场竞争中取得优势,从而提升其核心竞争力。这一转变特别对于互联网公司具有重要性,其中高效的互联网产品研发管理以及保质保量的规模化落地已成为公司的核心竞争力的重要组成部分。D公司是一家典型的互联网公司,积极利用精益数字化理念对研发管理体系进行了科学优化,解决该公司存在的研发管理问题。因此提升了企业在行业中的核心竞争壁垒。本文首先从数字经济时代为研究背景,通过结合D公司的实际情况,并根据移动互联网产品的发展阶段,来说明产品对于公司的重要性。之后归纳总结了D公司研发产品过程中的遇到的痛点和难点,以及结合最新的精细数字化研发理论,来改善互联网公司研发产品的方法。其中研究方法不限于文献研究法,定量分析法,比较分析法,案例分析法。其次,设定D公司精益数字化研发管理的建设目标,并根据互联网产品开发的需求分类、沟通协作、交付时效、人员管理研究内容等方面应用精益数字化的实施,并通过PDCA循环对精益数字化研发体系进行持续改进和优化。最后,通过研发过程中的数据留痕进行数据分析,评估精益数字化驱动互联网产品研发的应用效果。核心关注精益数字化技术应用对D公司互联网产品研发的经济效益和社会效益的影响,不仅推动了D公司提高在行业内的核心竞争力,成为领先的互联网产品公司,还揭示了基于精益数字化的技术来优化互联网产品开发流程和组织架构的示范。

外文摘要:

With the society stepping into the digital economy era from the information age, technological innovation has become the key driving force for the sustainable development of enterprises. Only when enterprises have strong technological innovation capabilities can they gain advantages in rapidly changing market competition and enhance their core competitiveness. This change is especially important for Internet companies, where efficient Internet product R&D management and high-quality and high-volume landing on a large scale have become an important part of the company's core competitiveness.D company is a typical Internet company that actively uses lean digital concepts to scientifically optimize its R&D management system and solves the R&D management problems existing in the company. Therefore, it enhances the core competitive barriers of enterprises in the industry.Firstly, based on the digital economy era as the research background, combined with the actual situation of D company, and according to the development stage of mobile Internet products, this paper explains the importance of products to the company. Then, the paper summarizes the pain points and difficulties encountered in D company's product R&D process, as well as D company's combination with the latest refined digital R&D theory to improve Internet companies' product R&D methods. The research methods include but are not limited to literature research methods, quantitative analysis methods, comparative analysis methods, and case analysis methods.Secondly, the construction goals of D company's lean digital R&D management are set, and lean digital implementation is applied in aspects such as demand classification, communication and collaboration, delivery efficiency, and personnel management and research content according to the needs of Internet product development. And continuously improve and optimize the lean digital R&D system through the PDCA cycle.  Finally, data analysis is performed on the data traces in the R&D process to evaluate the application effect of lean digital driving Internet product R&D. The core focus is on the impact of lean digital technology applications on the economic benefits and social benefits of D company's Internet product R&D. It has not only promoted D company to enhance its core competitiveness in the industry and become a leading Internet product company, but also revealed a model for optimizing Internet product development processes and organizational structures based on lean digital technology.
