巴黎贝甜是韩国知名的烘焙品牌,2003年该品牌进入中国市场以来,同时也是在中国市场的代表性烘焙品牌。本文以巴黎贝甜在中国市场的营销策略作为研究课题,通过SWOT分析法对巴黎贝甜在中国市场外部环境的机遇和威胁,内部环境中的优势和劣势进行了分析,在此基础上通过4P分析法,分析了其在中国市场的产品策略、价格策略、渠道策略和促销宣传策略,结合SWOT分析的结果指出了其现有营销策略中的不足,以各种事例为基础,并提出了相关建议。

Paris Baguette is a well-known baking brand in Korea, and is also a representative baking brand of Korea in the Chinese market. In this paper, the marketing strategy of Paris Baguette in China market is taken as a research topic. Through SWOT analysis, the opportunities and threats of Paris Baguette in the external environment and the advantages and disadvantages in the internal environment of the Chinese market are analyzed. On this basis, the product strategy, price strategy, channel strategy and promotion strategy of Paris Baguette in China market are analyzed through 4P analysis method, combined with SWOT score. The analysis results point out the shortcomings of its existing marketing strategies, and put forward relevant suggestions.
