作为入选“基础学科拔尖学生培养试验计划”(又名“珠峰计划)”的19所高校之一,北京师范大学积极响应,并结合本校具体情况,创建了以培养拔尖人才为主要任务的励耘学院。励耘学院理科实验班从现有学生中选拔数学、化学、物理、生物四个学科的学生进入培养计划。其中生物学作为一门实验科学,生物学综合实验课程如何针对励耘理科实验班学生的特点和培养要求进行优化和改革,成为了一个值得关注的问题。
本研究在学院已有的实验课程体系基础上,对于面向励耘班学生的生物学综合实验Ⅲ的部分内容进行课程的设计并制作实验讲义。针对生物学综合实验Ⅲ主题中的“植物转基因技术的应用”主题设计了“植物转基因技术的外源基因转染实施”、“转基因植物的筛选和鉴定”和综合设计实验三项内容,针对所设计的实验进行预实验,总结实验中遇到的问题和注意事项,优化实验的步骤,为未来课程的实施提供教学和操作建议。

In order to response “Top-notch students of basic disciplines training program”, Beijing Normal University created Li Yun Institute in 2010.The science experiment classes of Li Yun Institute selected students from science of mathematics, chemical science, physical science and life science. Biology as an experimental science, how to reform of the biology experiment course for students of the science experiment classes becomes a matter of concern.
In this study, curriculum of Integrated Biological ExperimentⅢ was designed and experimental handout was written. Designed experimental curriculum consists of three parts: “Exogenous gene transfection implementation of plant transgenic technology” ,“Screening and identification of transgenic plants”, “Comprehensive design experiment”. Pre-experiment was done,problems and considerations of the pre-experiment was recorded. This study is the preliminary work of Integrated Biological ExperimentⅢ, and provide recommendations for future implementation of the curriculum.
