本文的背景是国家实施高中体育学业水平考试，研究在高中体育学业水平考试背景下学生参与课外体育活动的情况。论文的研究方法包括：问卷调查，文献资料，数理统计，访谈等。发现平顶山一中的高中生在高中体育学业水平考试背景下对于课外体育活动的喜爱程度随着年级的升高逐渐降低，该政策导致学生们参与课外体育活动把提升体育学业水平考试成绩作为主要的目的，并且学生参与课外体育活动的频次和每次运动的时间都是处于一个较低的水平。体育活动是学生非常想要参与的，但是由于多方因素导致学生们不能很好的参与到课外体育活动当中来，不得不首先面对高中体育学业水平考试的压力。本文针对该学校存在的客观问题，提出了相关的建议。

The context of this paper is the national implementation of the High School Physical Education Academic Level Examination (HSPA),and it examines students' participation in extracurricular physical activities in theAn HSPA context.

The research methods of the paper include: questionnaire survey, documentation, mathematical statistics, and interviews. It was found that high school students in Pingdingshan No. 1 Middle School's enjoyment of extracurricular sports activities in the context of the high school sports academic level examination gradually decreases as the grade rises, which leads to the policy that the students' participation in extracurricular sports activities takes the improvement of the performance of the physical education academic level examination as the main purpose.Moreover, the students' participation in extracurricular sports activities in terms of the frequency and the time of each exercise was low.Sports activities are what students want to participate in, but due to a number of factors, students can not participate in extracurricular sports activities, and they have to face the pressure of high school physical education examination first. This paper addresses the objective problems that exist in this school and makes relevant recommendations.
