复杂网络上的疾病传播研究为人们理解疾病在大规模的社会网络中的传播模式提供了一个实用的视角。这个领域大量的研究成果,对于传染病的理解、预防及相应的免疫方案的制定或多或少的提供了一些宏观的佐证。复杂网络的不同结构会对疾病传播行为产生很大程度的影响,以往的研究工作着重探讨了复杂网络的拓扑结构对疾病传播动力学的影响,从最初的规则网到无标度网,发现在无标度网上疾病传播的临界值出现了缺失的情况。随着复杂网络研究的深入,除了拓扑结构之外,产生了更多的特征用于衡量复杂网络的结构,如空间结构,社团结构,层次结构等。那么,复杂网络的空间结构和社团结构对疾病传播有哪些影响呢?本文针对这两个问题进行了讨论。

The researches on how disease spread on complex network have provided a practical perspective for understanding the epidemic spreading processes on large-scale social network. A mass of research results in this field have provided macro-issues to the prediction, immunization and vaccination policies. Different complex network structures will make a great difference to epidemic spreading processes. Many previous works focused on researching the epidemic dynamics on different network topological structures, from regular, random, small-world networks to scale-free networks, and the absence of a critical threshold has been revealed in the studies of epidemic spreading in scale-free networks.With the development of complex network research, more and more structure characteristic of complex network have been proposed, such as spatial structure, community structure, hierarchy structure and so on. Hence, in this paper, we are hoping to look at how network spatial structure and community structure affects the epidemic spreading.
