基于CN05.1和ERA5-HEAT数据集1979-2014年温度、相对湿度、风速和辐射温度的栅格资料,通过计算净有效温度(NET)和通用热气候指数(UTCI)两种评价气候舒适度的指标,对甘肃省气候舒适度的空间分布和年际变化进行评价。结果表明,甘肃省气候舒适情况总体呈现因寒冷导致的不舒适的状态,夏季的气候舒适度指数最高,大多数区域都在“舒适”评级,海拔较高地区如河西走廊以南的山地地区和甘南地区在“较冷”评级;冬季的气候舒适度指数最低,海拔较低地区如陇南南部在“较冷”评级,海拔较高地区可达到“强寒冷”评级,其他区域介于“冷”到“寒冷”评级之间。大部分区域一年中处于“舒适”评级的时间在4-5个月。甘肃省因寒冷导致的不舒适的状态正在得到显著改善,除12月和1月外的其他月份均检测出气候舒适度指数自1979-2014年显著的上升趋势,通过旋转经验正交函数(REOF)分区,在不同区域的各个季节也检验出显著的上升趋势,并发现秋冬季节的上升趋势不如春夏季节显著。同时发现这一趋势主要与气候变化中温度的上升相关。

Based on temperament, relative humidity, wind velocity and mean radiant temperament data in 1979-2014 that come from CN05.1 dataset and ERA5-Heat dataset, this study evaluates the spatial distribution and interannual variation about climatic comfortable condition in Gansu province through calculating Net Effective Temperament (NET) and Universal Thermal Climatic Index (UTCI), two indexes using for evaluating climatic comfortable condition. The analysis shows that Gansu as a whole belong to uncomfortable caused by cold. In summer, index value is highest and most of area in Gansu keep “comfortable” grade. But high altitude area, such as south of Hexi Corridor and Gannan, climatic comfortable grade belongs to “slight cold” grade. In winter, index is lowest, low altitude area, such as south Longnan, index belong to “slight cold” grade, at the same time high altitude can reach “very strong cold” grade, and other area keep grade between “moderate cold” and “strong cold”. Most of area in Gansu have “comfortable” grade time about 4~5 months in a year. Now, Gansu uncomfortable climatic condition caused by cold is improving. We have detected the significant rising tendency of climatic comfortable index in all months expect December and January. Rising tendency also were tested in all regions that divided by Rotated Empirical Orthogonal Functions (REOF) method over each season, but the significant of tendency in autumn and winter is generally less than spring and summer. Finally, we find this upward tendency is mainly related to warmth tendency in climatic changing.
