从国家对学校体育教育工作不断加强和具体明确的要求中不难看出,各级学校体育课程教学质量的提升、教学方式方法的革新是当前国家人才培养亟待加强和落实的关键。作为一种新式的教学方式方法,参与式教学不仅能够提高武术教学质量,还可以加深对武术教学的理解。由于传统教学过程过于枯燥无味,学生的主动性无法被激发,学习效果受到不同程度限制。这种教学模式不仅不利于素质教育背景下提倡的“全面发展的人”的实现,同时也不利于学生开展中小学教育教学工作。研究观察表明,学生在武术学习中不同的参与程度会导致学习效果呈现两极分化趋势,本文对在高校武术必修课中应用参与式教学法进行研究,试图探索出一种对教师开展教学及学生进行体育学习都行之有效的方法。

本文采用文献资料法、教学实验、观察法、访谈法等方法,对参与式教学法的涵义及相关概念、历史起源、基本特点、特征、形式共5个方面进行了详细概述。本文还对参与式教学法的理论基础及其在非体育类教学与体育类教学中的应用研究做了系统梳理和分析,为在武术必修课中实施参与式教学法打下基础。

在结果与分析部分,首先从教学设计和教学效果分析两个方面,对参与式教学法在武术必修课中的应用进行分析。其次,从参与式教学法应用的必要性和可行性,以及它在武术教学中实施的注意事项两个方面,说明了参与式教学法在武术教学中实施的策略。

最后,本文得出结论:第一,参与式教学法通过设问以及学生参与多种教学活动(组内讨论技术动作;自学武术动作、套路;互相观察与纠错指导;教学模拟;武术裁判员模拟;个人和小组的观摩展示;课后练习并拍摄视频)的方式,让学生在互动、协作的过程中实现武术必修课的深度学习,提升课程教学质量。第二,参与式教学法能帮助学生产生内在的学习动力,凸显学生学习的主体地位,提升学生的逻辑思考能力,增强学生的课堂互动和输出意识。第三,参与式教学法有利于培养学生教的意识和能力,发展学生的观察能力、纠错与指导能力、语言表达能力、动作示范能力。第四,参与式教学法实施的过程中,教师通过采取多种方式方法来增添学生获取反馈的渠道,以便加深学生对自己动作技能学习效果的感知。参与式教学法的实施对学生武术技术表现力和技术考试成绩的提升有促进作用。第五,参与式教学法为学生营造了活跃宽松的学习氛围,有利于促进教学相长。本文还从参与式教学法的实施层面与研究层面分别给出了建议。

It is not difficult to see from the continuous strengthening and specific requirements of the state for school physical education that the improvement of the teaching quality and the innovation of teaching methods are the key to the current national talent cultivation. As a new teaching method, participatory teaching method can not only improve the quality of Wushu teaching, but also deepen the understanding of Wushu teaching. Because the traditional teaching process is too boring, the initiative of students cannot be stimulated, and the learning effect is limited to varying degrees. This teaching mode is not only unfavorable to the realization of the "all-round development person" advocated under the background of quality-oriented education, but also unfavorable to the development of primary and secondary school education and teaching work for students.

The research observation shows that students' different degree of participation in Wushu learning will lead to the trend of polarization of learning effect. This paper studies the application of participatory teaching method in the compulsory course of Wushu in colleges and universities, and tries to explore an effective method for teachers to carry out teaching and students to carry out sports learning.

This paper uses the methods of literature, teaching experiment, observation and interview to give a detailed overview of the meaning and related concepts of participatory teaching method, its historical origin, basic trait, characteristics and forms. This paper also systematically combs and analyzes the theoretical basis of participatory teaching method and its application in non-physical education teaching and physical education teaching, which lays a foundation for the implementation of participatory teaching method in the compulsory courses of Wushu.

In the part of results and analysis, firstly from the two aspects of teaching design and teaching effect analysis, the application of participatory teaching method in the compulsory course of Wushu is analyzed. Secondly, from the two aspects of the necessity and feasibility of the application of participatory teaching method, as well as the matters needing attention in the implementation of Wushu teaching, it explains the strategy of the implementation of participatory teaching method in Wushu teaching.

In the end, this paper draws the following conclusions: First, participatory teaching method enables students to realize deep learning of compulsory Wushu courses in the process of interaction and collaboration by asking questions and students participating in various teaching activities (Discuss the technical actions in the group; Self-study of Wushu movements and routines; Mutual observation and error correction guidance; Teaching simulation; Wushu referee simulation; Individual and group observation displays; Practice and make a video after class), so as to improve the teaching quality of the course. Secondly, participatory teaching method can help students to generate internal learning motivation, highlight students' main position in learning, improve students' logical thinking ability, and enhance students' awareness of classroom interaction and output. Thirdly, participatory teaching method is conducive to cultivating students' teaching consciousness and ability, and developing students' observation ability, error correction and guidance ability, language expression ability and action demonstration ability. Fourthly, in the implementation of participatory teaching method, teachers adopt various ways and methods to increase the channels for students to obtain feedback, so as to deepen students' perception of the learning effect of their own motor skills. The implementation of participatory teaching method can promote the improvement of students' Wushu technical expression and technical examination results. Fifth, participatory teaching method creates an active and relaxed learning atmosphere for students, which is conducive to promoting teaching and learning. This paper also gives suggestions on the implementation and research aspects of participatory teaching method.
