稳定而充足的乡村教师队伍有利于提升乡村教育的质量,从而缩小城乡教育的差距,促进社会公平。本文基于对江苏省丹阳市乡村教师的问卷调查和访谈,研究了经济发达地区乡村教师的职业忠诚度及其影响因素。本文主要运用频率统计、相关分析和回归分析等计量方法,并结合社会流动理论,从个人因素、待遇因素和工作满意度因素三个维度来研究乡村教师职业忠诚
度的影响因素。研究表明,个人因素方面中的年龄和性别,待遇因素方面中的工资,工作满意度因素中的职业发展前景、社会认同感和自我认同感对乡村教师的职业忠诚度有显著因素影响,并且呈现正相关关系。 为避免不合理的乡村教师流动,有必要从物质和精神两方面加强乡村教师的职业忠诚度。

A stable and adequate rural teachers force will improve the quality of education in the countryside, thereby narrowing the gap between urban and rural education and promoting social equity. This thesis based on the questionnaire survey and interview of rural teachers in Danyang city of Jiangsu Province, studies the career loyalty of rural teachers and its effect factors in economical developed area. The metering method of frequency statics, correlation analysis and regression analysis are mainly applied in this thesis to research the effect factors of rural teachers' career loyalty with combination of the social mobility theory on three dimensions in the factors of individual, treatment and job satisfaction. The research shows that age in the aspect of personal factors, wage in treatment factors, career development prospect, social identity and self-cognition in job satisfaction have a remarkable influence on the career loyalty and being the relationship of positive correlation. In order to avoid unreasonable rural teachers’flowing, it is necessary to strengthen the career loyalty of rural teachers from both physical and mental aspects
