户外运动作为一个新型的体育项目，在本世纪初便被纳入到了高校体育

课程当中，并开始再学校内进行推广。它在培养学生坚韧不拔的意志品质，

树立学生安全意识，塑造团队精神，增强其在户外的生存呢管理方面有着重

要的作用。但目前国内的户外运动发展情况较欧美仍有较大的差距。具体表

现在学校政策的不支持，相关制度不完善，户外课程的开设数量较少，缺少

专业人才等。本文以北京师范大学珠海校区 120 位本科生为研究调查对象，

在研究方法上，本文采用了文献资料法，问卷调查法和数理统计法，对北京

师范大学珠海校区本科学生参与户外运动的情况进行调查，得出了以下结论

1.74.56%的学生表示对于户外运动感兴趣，有 84.34%的同学表示希望学

校开展户外运动。但因政策影响，户外运动很少得到学校支持。

2.学生了解户外运动的途径主要为朋友同学宣传和微信公众号。学生们

参与户外运动的种类丰富多样，但主要以登山，骑行，徒步穿越为主。

3.68.93%的同学会选择在节假日参加户外活动，73.08%的同学一学期至

少参加一次户外运动，整体的参与频率较低，学生对校内的户外设施大都表

示满意。

Outdoor sports, as a new type of sports program, has been incorporated into

the sports curriculum of colleges and universities at the beginning of this century

and started to be promoted in schools. It plays an important role in cultivating

students' perseverance, establishing their safety awareness, shaping their team

spirit, and enhancing their survival management in the outdoors. However, the

current development of outdoor sports in China is still a big gap compared with

Europe and the United States. Specifically manifested in the school policy does not

support, the relevant system is not perfect, the number of outdoor courses offered

is relatively small, the lack of professionals and so on. This paper takes 120

undergraduate students in Zhuhai Campus of Beijing Normal University as the

object of research and investigation. In terms of research methodology, this paper

adopts the literature method, questionnaire survey method and mathematical

statistics method to investigate the participation of undergraduate students in

outdoor sports in Zhuhai Campus of Beijing Normal University, and draws the

following conclusions

1.74.56% of the students expressed their interest in outdoor sports, and

84.34% of them expressed their hope that outdoor sports would be carried out in

school. However, outdoor sports are seldom supported by schools due to the

influence of policies.

2. The main ways for students to learn about outdoor sports are publicized by

IIfriends and classmates and WeChat public number. Students participate in a variety

of outdoor sports, but mainly in hiking, cycling and trekking.

3.68.93% of students choose to participate in outdoor activities during

holidays, 73.08% of students participate in outdoor sports at least once a semester,

the overall frequency of participation is relatively low, students are mostly satisfied

with the outdoor facilities on campus.
