作为20世纪世界戏剧先锋化发展的一部分,以孟京辉为代表的中国先锋话剧体现了20世纪以来的哲学思想,特别是具有解构主义的精神。孟京辉先锋话剧的解构精神主要体现在三个方面:其一,解构二元对立,包括传统情节以及戏剧创作中的二元对立;其二,解构经典文本,有以拼贴戏仿的方式深化原文本的讨论和以旧谋新、颠覆原作两个方向;其三,解构戏剧传统,包括颠覆传统的叙事结构以及传统的戏剧人物。在解构主义的精神下,以孟京辉为代表的中国先锋话剧从业者探索出了戏剧的另一种可能性。

As part of the development of the avant-garde theatre in the world, Chinese avant-garde dramas, represented by the works of Meng Jinghui, are embodied with the philosophical thoughts in the twenties century, especially the deconstructionism. The deconstructionism in Meng’s theatre can be seen from: firstly, the deconstruction of binary opposition, including the binary oppositions in traditional stories and the creation of a drama; secondly, the deconstruction of classical works, with two directions—intensifying the essence of the original work or subverting its intention; thirdly, the deconstruction of drama traditions, including overturning the traditional narrative structure as well as the traditional characters. In the light of deconstructionist ideas, the practitioners of Chinese avant-garde theatre, including Meng Jinghui, have explored another possibility of drama.
