传播中的共情即媒介情感互动中的感同身受与同频共振,指的是在传播场景中媒介内容、媒介场景与媒介个体相互之间所达成的一致性情感及其对整个社会生态系统所产生的结构性作用。随着媒介技术对社会要素的激活连接,场景时代悄然而至、视频表达渐成主流,由此音乐的媒介价值日益凸显、共情价值得到释放。另外,网络热门歌曲是典型由受众主导的情感内容,它遵循传播逻辑、反映社会情感共识,是音乐共情传播范式中最为普遍的媒介现实。因此,本文从媒介化视域探究共情传播的作用机理,重识音乐在媒介化社会中的内涵、功能与价值、重思音乐的情感传播逻辑与研究范式,引入认知神经实验范式与大数据文本情感分析的方法,并以网络热门歌曲作为研究对象,进而对音乐共情传播的影响因素、作用机理与机制效能进行全面而深入的探究,以期发现在复杂传播生态中音乐共情的媒介意义、作用机制与逻辑规律,这将对促进传播实践的创新与重构传播学科的版图具有特别重要的意义。

本文有以下结论:

第一,在理论研究层面,一是,从根本上认识并厘清共情传播的理论范式;二是,在此理论范式下重识音乐共情的媒介意义与研究路径,为后文实证研究奠定理论基础。在第二章中,结合生物进化、媒介化价值、复杂系统的协同、共情的加工机制等理论来挖掘共情传播的底层逻辑,进而总结出情绪型、认知型与调节型的三种共情传播效能,探究出情感同频共振的三条路径(媒介内容、媒介场景、媒介个体),并基于此构建了控制情感同频的协同体系,还论证了具有系统交互性、时间动态性与周期性的共情传播作用机理。在第三章中,基于前文奠定的媒介化共情传播理论范式,作为媒介的音乐具有在“微粒化社会”唤起情绪共振的连接功能与形塑场域的结构性功能,进而为了深入探究音乐的共情传播机制,引入认知神经科学实验范式并提出基于参与主体与音乐本体的研究路径。这不仅为实现有效传播的进阶发展提供学理性参考,未来还很有可能富有创造性地解决音乐与人类传播社会的重大研究课题。

第二,在实证研究层面,主要用实验结果来揭示理论范式中共情传播三条路径对效能的影响程度及其相互之间的逻辑关系。在理论研究的基础上,从媒介内容、媒介场景与媒介个体的路径展开(分别是第四、五、六章),以网络热门歌曲为研究对象,采用功能性磁共振技术(fMRI)与行为实验的方法,通过对全脑任务态数据、量表统计数据以及主动报告数据的分析,有以下发现:(1)大脑对多模态媒介内容的情绪整合加工机制是影响音乐共情传播效果的根本因素。(2)媒介场景中社交关系的情绪表达是调节音乐共情传播效果的主要因素。(3)媒介个体的特质差异(音乐偏好、共情能力水平、性别与媒介使用习惯)不会成为共识性信息传播效果的影响因素。以上结果表明,一方面,网络热门歌曲是共识性听觉信息,热门程度是网民情绪性民意的结果;另一方面,当面对共识性信息时,媒介个体的特质不会影响共情的传播效果,而媒介内容的模态融合与媒介场景中的关系表达是共情传播机制的关键影响因素。

第三,对理论与实证的验证。为了丰富本研究对理论范式的论证维度以及对影响因素媒介现实层面的实证验证。在第七章中采用了文本情感分析的方法对不同类型音乐平台中的情绪性评论文本进行大数据分析,研究结果:一是,证实了实验结果发现的结论;二是,揭示了音乐共情传播机制的内在逻辑,三是,发现了影响音乐共情传播的环境因素;四是,从实证角度论证了音乐共情传播机制的场景意义。

本文的落脚点。一是,在前文较为深刻的理论与实证研究基础上廓清音乐的共情传播机制与媒介意义并指出可供参考的研究框架;二是,立足音乐共情的传播效果机制与传播生态发展趋势,构建科学可行的实践创新与优化的策略路径,以期为主流媒体、权威机构、移动视听传媒产业的高质量发展提供理论参考,让音乐充分发挥其在传播与社会发展中更为高远的意义与价值。

本文的创新点。第一,本文注重学科交叉、理论与实证结合。通过融合多学科视角从内而外、从微观到宏观的层层递进来全面探究音乐共情传播的社会价值与研究进路,这在范式、方法、理论上有所突破。第二,本文是国内传播学中最早使用功能性磁共振实验手段作为博士研究的论文,这对未来传播学研究方法边界的突破有一定的贡献。第三,本文从网络热门歌曲切入共情传播的研究是较为新颖的问题入口,研究发现从内隐性的大脑神经机制到外显性的共情效果全面而深刻,研究落脚点又从横向和纵向铺开提供了切实可行的理论参考。虽然受制于核磁方法的规范、平台数据的保护以及被试类别的限制,但整体而言,本文在学科交叉中形成了重要成果和前沿发现,丰富和拓展了学科边界,在学科共赢方面有了一小步地推进。

Empathy in communication, it means empathy and co frequency resonance in media emotional interaction, refers to the consensus emotion reached between media content, media scene and media individuals in the communication scene and its structural effect on the whole social ecosystem. With the activation and connection of media technology to social elements, the era of scene has quietly arrived, and video expression has gradually become the mainstream. Then the media value of music has become increasingly prominent and the value of empathy has been released. In addition, online popular songs are typical emotional content dominated by the audience. They follow the communication logic and reflect the social emotional consensus. They are the most common media reality in the paradigm of music empathy communication. Therefore, this paper explores the action mechanism of empathy communication from the perspective of media, re recognizes the connotation, function and value of music in the media society, re thinks about the emotional communication logic and research paradigm of music, introduces the cognitive neural experiment paradigm and the method of big data text analysis, and takes the network popular songs as the research object, so as to make a comprehensive and in-depth exploration on the influencing factors, action mechanism and mechanism efficiency of music empathy communication, It is expected to find the media significance, action mechanism and logical law of music empathy in the complex communication ecology, which will be of great significance to promote the innovation of communication practice and reconstruct the territory of communication discipline.

Conclusions as follow:

First, at the level of theoretical research, first, fundamentally understand and clarify the theoretical paradigm of empathy communication; Second, under this theoretical paradigm, re recognize the media significance and research path of music empathy, so as to lay a theoretical foundation for the later empirical research. In the second chapter, combined with the theories of biological evolution, the value of media, the synergy of complex systems and the processing mechanism of empathy, this paper excavates the underlying logic of empathy communication, summarizes three kinds of empathy communication efficiency of emotional type, cognitive type and regulatory type, explores three paths of emotional co frequency resonance (media content, media scene and media individual), and constructs a collaborative system to control emotional co frequency based on this, It also demonstrates the mechanism of empathy communication with systematic interaction, time dynamics and periodicity. In the third chapter, based on the theoretical paradigm of media based empathy communication established above, music as a medium has the connecting function of arousing emotional resonance in the "granular society" and the structural function of shaping the field. Then, in order to deeply explore the sympathetic communication mechanism of music, the experimental paradigm of cognitive neuroscience is introduced, and the research path based on the participant and music ontology is proposed. This not only provides a scientific and rational reference for the advanced development of effective communication, but also is likely to creatively solve the major research topics of music and human communication society in the future.

Second, at the level of empirical research, the experimental results are mainly used to reveal the influence degree of the effectiveness of the three paths of common intelligence communication in the theoretical paradigm and the logical relationship between them. On the basis of theoretical research, starting from the media content, media scene and the path of media individuals (Chapter 4, 5 , 6 ), taking online popular songs as the research object, using the methods of functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) and behavior experiment, through the analysis of whole brain task state data, scale statistical data and active report data, The findings are as follows: (1) the emotional integration and processing mechanism of the brain on multimodal media content is the fundamental factor affecting the effect of music empathy communication. (2) The emotional expression of social relations in media scenes is the main factor to regulate the effect of music empathy. (3) The characteristic differences of media individuals (music preference, empathy ability level, gender and media use habits) will not become the influencing factors of the effect of consensus information dissemination. The above results show that, on the one hand, online popular songs are consensus auditory information, and the popularity is the result of Internet users' emotional public opinion; On the other hand, when facing consensus information, the characteristics of media individuals will not affect the communication effect of empathy, and the modal integration of media content and the relationship expression in media scenes are the key influencing factors of the communication mechanism of empathy.

Third, the verification of theory and demonstration. In order to enrich the demonstration dimension of the theoretical paradigm and the empirical verification of the influencing factors on the reality level of media. In Chapter 7, the method of text emotion analysis is used to analyze the big data of emotional comment texts in different types of music platforms. The research results first confirm the conclusions found in the experimental results, second reveal the internal logic of music empathy communication mechanism, third find the environmental factors affecting music empathy communication, and fourth demonstrate the scene significance of music empathy communication mechanism from an empirical perspective.

The foothold of this paper. First, on the basis of the previous profound theoretical and empirical research, clarify the sympathetic communication mechanism and media significance of music, and point out the research framework for reference; Second, based on the communication effect mechanism of music empathy and the development trend of communication ecology, build a scientific and feasible strategic path of practical innovation and optimization, in order to provide theoretical reference for the high-quality development of mainstream media, authoritative institutions and mobile audio-visual media industry, and let music give full play to its higher significance and value in communication and social development.

The innovation of this paper. First, this paper focuses on interdisciplinary and the combination of theory and demonstration. Through the integration of multi-disciplinary perspectives, we can comprehensively explore the social value and research approach of music empathy communication from inside to outside, from micro to macro, which has made a breakthrough in paradigm, method and theory. Second, this paper is the first doctoral research paper using functional magnetic resonance experimental means in communication, which will contribute to the breakthrough of the boundary of communication research methods in the future. Third, this paper cut into the research of empathy communication from network popular songs, which is a relatively novel problem entrance. The research found that the empathy effect from implicit brain neural mechanism to explicit is comprehensive and profound, and the research foothold provides a practical theoretical reference from horizontal and vertical. In short, this paper has formed important achievements and frontier discoveries in the interdisciplinary, enriched and expanded the discipline boundary, and made a small step forward in the win-win of disciplines.
