新修订的课程标准提出了五大化学素养,其中与高中有机最为密切的当属宏微结合化学素养,有机主题宏微结合的内涵构成是什么?我们如何刻画有机主题宏微结合化学素养的表现水平?当前学生的素养表现又如何呢?本文围绕以上问题进行了相关研究。
从核心知识、关键能力和必备品格三个方面对有机主题宏微结合化学素养的内涵进行了解构。通过新旧课标和不同版本教材的对比分析,概括出有机主题宏微结合化学素养的核心知识图。以教材相关内容为知识载体、新课标内容标准和学业要求为依据,对有机主题现有测试工具进行基于宏微结合的素养编码,对比素养编码和原有的学科能力编码、认识方式编码的结果,结合有机主题具体知识的特点及新课标的学业要求,给出了有机主题宏微结合化学素养3个关键能力——分析解释、推论预测与复杂推理的具体描述。在必备品格方面,有机主题宏微结合化学素养体现了科学的态度,引导学生透过现象看本质,建立微观的视角,形成正确的物质观。
本文还从核心知识、认识方式、任务类型及问题情境四个方面对有机主题宏微结合化学素养的具体表现进行概括,将其划分为四个水平。最后,依据四个素养水平和现有测试结果给出当前学生的素养表现。

Curriculum standards under revision puts forward five kinds of chemical literacy. One of them calls macroscopic identification and microscopic analysis literacy, which is the core literacy in organic theme. How to describe the connotation and performance levels of the macroscopic identification and microscopic analysis literacy in organic theme? And what is the students’ current literacy performance? The study is conducted to solve these questions.
The article describes the connotation of macroscopic identification and microscopic analysis literacy from the core knowledge, key competence and necessary qualities. By analyzing the curriculum standards under revision, the currently one and different textbooks, a core knowledge map of macroscopic identification and microscopic analysis literacy is drawn. Based on the related contents of textbooks and the curriculum standards under revision, the current testing tool in organic theme is encoded. Comparing the coding result with the original one which is based on chemical competence and cognitive modes, the article gives descriptions of key competence. As for necessary qualities, macroscopic identification and microscopic analysis literacy reflects scientific attitude, such as seeing the essence through the phenomena, building micro perspective, forming a correct view of matter and so on.
Macroscopic identification and microscopic analysis literacy in organic theme is summarized from the core knowledge, cognitive modes , task types and problem situations. Hence, it is devided into four levels. According to the test result and four levels, sutdents’ performance is given.
