以重庆市垫江县第三中学的196名高一高二学生为对象，采用生涯决策自我效能感问卷、生涯决策困难问卷、青少年-父母生涯一致性问卷调查高中生生涯决策状况，并探讨青少年-父母生涯一致性、高中生生涯决策困难及其生涯决策自我效能感三者之间的关系。研究发现，在控制了人口学变量后，高中生生涯决策自我效能感水平可以显著负向预测高中生生涯决策困难水平，青少年-父母生涯一致性可以显著正向预测高中生生涯决策自我效能感水平，并显著负向预测高中生生涯决策困难水平，但在控制了高中生生涯决策自我效能感水平之后，青少年-父母生涯一致性不再显著预测生涯决策困难，生涯决策自我效能感在青少年-父母生涯一致性与生涯决策困难之间的关系起着完全中介的作用。

The present study investigated the characteristics of 196 high school students’ career decision-making self-efficacy, career decision-making difficulties and adolescent-parent career congruence. Furthermore, the relationship among the three career variables was also discussed in this research. Results shows that after controlling the demographic variables, the high school students’ career decision-making self-efficacy can significantly positively predict the level of their career decision-making difficulties. Study also reveals that the career congruence between students and parents can positively predict the level of career decision-making self-efficacy but negatively predict the number of career decision-making difficulties. However, after controlling the level of career decision-making self-efficacy, the relationship between adolescent-parent career congruence and career decision-making difficulties became nonsignificant, which means that high school students’ career decision-making self-efficacy can fully mediate the relationship of adolescent-parent career congruence and career decision-making difficulties.
