通过问卷调查、专家访谈、数理统计、逻辑分析等研究方法，对秦皇岛市轮滑运动场地及参与人群等基本情况展开调查研究。目的在于了解轮滑这一新兴运动项目在秦皇岛市发展的基本特点，归纳总结其一般性规律，并提出相应的建设性意见，以期为秦皇岛市轮滑运动的良性发展以及全民健身计划纲要的落实进一点微薄之力。经过对《秦皇岛市轮滑运动发展现状的调查研究》问卷进行统计和归纳，结果显示：秦皇岛市拥有一定规模和较好质量的轮滑场地设施，但极限轮滑和轮滑球场尚属空白。
