摘 要
在高校体育教学中, 武术教学占有很重要的位置。高校武术教学改革已多年, 虽然取得了一定成绩, 但是改革成效并不够理想, 高校武术教学中仍存在若干主要问题。高校武术课教学内容设置的合理化是提高学生兴趣和教学质量的关键。文章采用文献资料法、问卷调查法和数理统计法,按照普通高校武术选项教学的目的与任务要求,对北京师范大学武术教学内容的设置现状和与学生的兴趣关系进行了调查与分析。本文以学生为主体的实际需要出发,提出了普通高校武术公共课教学内容优化设置的一些方法,希望可以为高校武术公共课教学提供一些理论依据和参考价值,使之全面、协调、可持续发展。

ABSTRACT
In college physical education, Martial arts teaching teaching occupies a very important position.Reform of Martial arts teaching in Colleges and universities has been for many years. Although it has made some achievements, but the effectiveness of the reform is not perfect. Martial arts teaching in Colleges and universities still has some problems.The rationalization of the teaching content of Martial arts course in colleges and universities is the key to improve the students' interest and teaching quality.This paper adopts literature data method, questionnaire survey method and mathematical statistics method. In accordance with the requirements of the task and aim of the Martial arts teaching in colleges and universities,we make some investigation and analysis of the students’ interests and the setting status of Beijing Normal University martial arts teaching content. This paper puts the actual needs of the students in the first place and puts forward some methods to optimize the martial public lesson teaching content of colleges,.hope can for the martial public lesson teaching provides some theoretical basis and reference value, the comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development. Hopes that it can provides some theoretical basis and reference value to the teaching of the martial public lesson and make it has the comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development.
