人民币汇率制度的改革对中国的经济有着重要影响，关系到汇率市场的稳定与发展，但是汇率制度本身是一个动态的过程，受到客观经济的影响，汇率制度改革的进程充满艰巨性与复杂性。虽然有管理的浮动汇率制度适合我国汇率市场的发展，但是由于政府行为的过分干预，不能反应真正的市场供求；汇率管理的法律制度不健全，风险监控机制不完善；政府参与行为的不确定性，使得制度形成规则不明确，导致公众的不信任，最终有可能引起汇率市场的动荡。因此目前我国应该加强相关法律制度建设，正确协调与市场机制之间的作用，加大信息披露和政策的透明性，培养市场纪律性，减少市场因为信息不对称而造成的反应过度，进一步提高人民币汇率形成机制的市场化程度。

The reform of the RMB exchange rate regime has an important impact on China's economy. It is relates to the stability and development of the exchange rate market, but the exchange rate regime itself is a dynamic process because of the objective economic. With the arduousness and complexity, the exchange rate system reform process is fraught. Although the managed floating exchange rate system is suitable for the development of China's exchange rate market, but due to the excessive intervention of government behavior, and do not reflect the real market supply and demand; unsound legal system of exchange rate management, risk monitoring mechanisms are inadequate; government involvement in acts of uncertainty, making the system the formation of the rules is not clear, leading to public distrust of, and may eventually cause the exchange rate market turmoil. Therefore, China should strengthen the construction of the relevant legal system, the role of proper coordination and market mechanisms, increase disclosure and transparency of policies, training of market discipline, reduce the market because of information asymmetry caused by the overreaction to further improve the RMB degree of market-oriented exchange rate formation mechanism.
