S 舞蹈培训机构在北京海淀和朝阳两区成立近十年,通过优秀的教学质量和 完善的课后服务吸引了很多持续学习舞蹈的女性,但随着周围竞品机构增多,优 化教学模式,提高品牌影响力,改善传统的营销模式,满足新时期的客户需求, 成了 S 舞蹈培训机构亟待解决的问题。本论文基于对国内外舞蹈培训营销策略的充分研究,首先,明确营销理论的 相关概念,其次,运用五力模型和 PEST 对市场宏观环境进行分析,用 7Ps 法则 进行 S 舞蹈培训机构具体营销策略进行分析,寻找存在的问题,用 STP 战略分 析对 S 舞蹈培训机构进行市场细分和定位,并指出目标市场,最后,以 7Ps 为基 本原则,在 7 个方面对 S 舞蹈培训机构的营销策略进行改善。通过对 S 舞蹈培训机构现存问题的研究和解决方案的提出,可以为舞馆在 激烈的市场营销中提供正确的理论支持和给予重要的指导意义。 |

S Dance Training Institution has been established in Haidian and Chaoyang districts of Beijing for nearly ten years. Through excellent teaching quality and perfect after-school service, S dance Training institution has attracted many women who continue to learn dance. However, with the increase of competing institutions around it, optimizing teaching mode, improving brand influence, improving traditional marketing mode, and meeting customer needs in the new era have become urgent problems for S dance training institution to solve. Based on the full study of marketing strategies for dance training at home and abroad, this paper firstly clarifies the relevant concepts of marketing theories. Secondly, it analyzes the macro-environment of the market by using the five forces model and PEST. By 7Ps rule this paper analyzes the specific marketing strategies to find the existing problems. STP strategy analysis is used to segment market and ensure the market position, and the target market is pointed out. Finally, with 7Ps as the basic principle, the marketing strategy of S dance training institution is improved in 7 aspects. Through the research on the existing problems of S dance training institutions and the proposal of solutions, it can provide correct theoretical support and important guiding significance for dance studios in the fierce marketing. |
