中国共产党是善于学习的政党，从党的历史中汲取经验是中国共产党的优良传统，每当经历重大历史关头，面临艰难挑战时，中国共产党都会从党史中汲取力量。党史学习教育，是以党的历史为学习内容，在党中央的号召下广大党员积极响应，在全党产生广泛、深远影响的学习教育活动，是加强党内团结，辩证路线是非，提高党员素质的重要方法。延安时期作为第一次大规模的党史学习教育活动，对今天开展党史学习教育具有重要意义。
