本文以研究中小企业融资难问题的成因和解决方法为主要目的，运用了案例研究法，主要是通过龙口港中小企业动产融资的成功案例的分析，探究出动产融资新模式的有效实施对于解决中小企业融资难问题的重要作用。进一步得出中小企业融资过程中应协调各方利益，借助外部有利资源条件，进行物质抵押，从而克服信息不对称违约风险，获得银行贷款，实现银企对接的结论。当然，全国各地的中小企业不计其数，有着不同的发展经营背景环境，其融资难问题的解决不可能一蹴而就，还要因地制宜，发挥优势避开劣势，在不断的实践探索中找到合适有效的融资渠道。

In this paper, the main purpose is to study the causes and solutions of SMEs'financing difficulties, using literature research, descriptive research and case study methods, mainly through the analysis of the successful cases of SMEs' chattel financing in Longkou Port, to explore the important role of the effective implementation of the new mode of chattel financing in solving the financing difficulties of SMEs. It is further concluded that SMEs should coordinate the interests of all parties in the process of financing, make use of external favorable resource conditions to carry out material mortgage, so as to overcome the risk of information asymmetry default, obtain bank loans and realize the docking between banks and enterprises.Of course, countless small and medium-sized enterprises all over the country have different development and operation background environment, and the solution of their financing difficulties can not be achieved overnight. We should also make specific analysis of specific problems, adjust measures to local conditions, develop strengths and avoid weaknesses, and find appropriate and effective financing channels in the continuous practice and exploration.
