This study empirically assesses the impact of tourism on economic growth in Pakistan. Panel Data and time series observations from World Development Indicator, ranging from 1995 to 2020 were used for the study. Regression analysis, Correlation tests, Unit root and ADF and Granger Causality Analysis were employed. Results from the study indicated that there was a linear relationship between tourism and economic growth. Tourism has a positive effect on economic growth. The researcher recommends that the government of Pakistan should look at carefully since tourism has a linear relationship with economic growth. This can be utilized in several ways to further develop and enhance the economy especially, the tourism industry.
