本研究采用事件系统理论，以毛泽东三次逆境经历为纵向案例，深入探索毛泽东心理韧性的形成过程，并详细阐释毛泽东韧性机制、韧性资源的内在机理。研究发现：不同空间属性的消极性事件触发逆境，造成不同程度的冲击；逆境激活毛泽东的韧性机制，包括向内省察、向外求索以进行认知澄清，坦然沉浮、淡然荣辱以进行情感调节，争忍屈伸、应变求变以进行行为改变；充足的韧性资源如人际支持和伦理人格起到保护作用；心理韧性在各类事件的交互影响中得以淬炼和锻造，毛泽东的心理韧性包含耐磨力、复原力、自胜力三重维度。研究结论对个体如何在复杂环境中应对逆境考验、提升心理韧性具有一定的启发和指导意义。

This research adopts the event system theory, takes Mao Zedong's three adversity experiences as a longitudinal case, deeply explores the formation process of Mao Zedong's psychological resilience, and explains in detail the internal mechanism of Mao Zedong's resilience mechanism and resilience resources. The study found that negative events of different spatial attributes trigger adversity, causing different degrees of impact; Adversity activates resilience mechanisms, including introspection and outward seeking for cognitive clarification, calm ups and downs, indifferent honor and disgrace for emotional adjustment, sticking to principles and forgiving appropriately for behavioral change; Sufficient resilience resources, such as interpersonal support and ethical personality, play a protective role; Psychological resilience can be tempered and forged in the interaction of various events, Mao Zedong's psychological resilience includes three dimensions: sustainability, recovery and growth. The research conclusions have certain enlightenment and guiding significance for how individuals can cope with adversity and improve psychological resilience in complex environments.
