人工智能这一颠覆性技术推动信息社会向智能社会转型,智能社会呈现出明显的人机协同的特点。在此背景下,明确智能素养的定位与构成,可以为智能素养测评模型的设计与开发、智能时代人才培养奠定基础。本研究认为,智能素养是个体为适应人机协同的智能时代所需的知识、技能、态度等的复合体,是广义智能教育的人才培养目标。本研究还基于加涅的学习结果分类理论,通过文献调研和专家访谈,从智能知识、智能能力、智能思维、智能应用、智能态度五个方面阐述了智能素养的构成,构建了智能素养的理论框架。 |

The disruptive technology of artificial intelligence (AI) promotes the transformation of the information society to the intelligent society, which presents the obvious characteristics of human-machine collaboration. In this context, the positioning and composition of AI competency can lay a foundation for the design and development of the evaluation model of AI competency and the cultivation of talents in the era of AI. This research believes that AI competence is the complex of knowledge, skills and attitudes needed by individuals to adapt to the challenge of human-machine collaboration in the intelligent society. Based on Gagne's learning outcomes classification theory, this study expounds the composition of AI competency from five aspects of AI knowledge, AI ability, AI thinking, AI application and AI attitude through literature research and expert interviews, and constructs the theoretical framework of AI competency. |
