职业价值观是人们依据自身需要对待职业、职业行为以及工作结果的,具有稳定性的,有着概括性的一套信念体系,是个体价值观在职业选择方面的体现,决定了人们职业选择的倾向。大学生的职业价值观与职业获得存在着密不可分的联系,研究大学生的职业价值观,对于研究大学生就业有着重要意义。未来时间洞察力是一种面向未来的时间洞察力,是一种包含个体对动机、认知以及态度等多方面因素的心理学概念。本研究通过探究未来时间洞察力,可以了解到大学生对于未来的构建以及预测能力,并以此探究未来时间洞察力与职业价值观之间的作用机制。 本文根据社会情绪选择理论以及人力资本理论,探究大学生未来时间洞察力对于职业价值观的影响,以及父母的受教育程度在两者之间起到的调节作用。本研究运用北京师范大学心理学部“贫困家庭背景对学生心理发展的影响”研究项目的调查数据,包含西部某省六所高等院校的学生数据。本研究通过描述统计等方法呈现大学生的未来时间洞察力以及职业价值观现状,运用回归模型来分析未来时间洞察力对于职业价值观的影响,同时运用调节效应模型来研究父母受教育程度在两者之间的作用,并得出以下结论:(1)大学生未来时间洞察力五个维度得分从高到低为:未来意象、远目标定向、未来效能、行为承诺以及目的意识。大学生职业价值观四个维度得分从高到低分别为:工作待遇、自我实现价值、职业舒适度、外在价值。不同群体之间的未来时间洞察力与职业价值观存在着显著差异。(2)大学生未来时间洞察力显著地正向影响着职业价值观的四个子维度。(3)远目标定向、目的意识以及未来意象维度显著地正向影响着大学生的自我实现价值维度,目的意识显著地反向影响自我实现价值。行为承诺与未来意象显著地正向影响着学生对工作待遇的价值判断。行为承诺、远目标定向与目的意识维度显著地正向影响着大学生对职业外在价值的判断。未来意象显著地负向影响着外在价值维度。所有维度都不显著影响大学生对于职业舒适度的价值判断。(4)父母受教育程度在未来时间洞察力与职业价值观中的工作待遇之间起到显著的负向调节作用。 基于以上的研究发现,本研究获得了如下的结论与启示:1、当下学生个性鲜明,学校不应以固定标准来要求学生的职业规划,应该让学生形成适合自己的职业价值观。2、基于未来时间洞察力对于职业价值观的显著影响,学校应该注重学生的心理健康以及未来时间洞察力发展,并根据学生的个体特征,来提升学生的未来时间洞察力水平。3、学校需要根据学生不同的家庭背景为其设定合适的生涯规划与心理健康体系。4、高校需要基于学生的职业价值观特征,通过课程和实习体系为学生搭建合适的生涯规划体系。 |

Work values are a stable and generalized belief system in which people treat their work, professional behaviors, and work outcomes based on their needs. They embody individual values in work choices and determine peoples’ tendency to make work choices. There is an inseparable relationship between college students' work values and work acquisition. Studying college students' work values is of great significance for studying college students' employment. Future time perspective is an individual personality on grasping the future, including cognition, emotion, and behavioral trend on future social and individual development. This study explores the future time perspective, which can help to understand college students' ability to construct and predict the future and thus explore the mechanism of action between future time perspective and work values. This study is based on the theory of socioemotional selectivity and human capital theory. Explore the effect of college students' future time perspective on work values. The educational level of parents was used as a moderator variable. This study uses survey data from the "Effect of Poor Family Background on Student Psychological Development" research project of the Faculty of Psychology of Beijing Normal University, including student data from six universities in a province in western China. Present the current situation of college students' future time perspective and work values through descriptive statistics and other methods. Use a stepwise regression model to analyze the effect of future time perspective on work values. And use a moderating effect model to study the role of parental education level between the two and draw the following conclusions: (1)The scores of the five dimensions of college students' future time perspective from high to low are: future image, far-reach goal orientation, future efficacy, behavioral commitment, future purpose consciousness. The scores of the four dimensions of college students' work values from high to low are self-actualization value, benefits value, work comfort value, and extrinsic value. There are significant differences in future time perspective and work values among different groups. (2)College students' future time perspective significantly and positively affects the four sub-dimensions of work values. (3)Far-reach goal orientation and future image significantly positively affect college students' self-actualization value dimensions, while future purpose consciousness significantly reversely affects these dimensions. Second, behavioral commitment and future image significantly positively affect work benefits value. Thirdly, behavioral commitment, far-reach goal orientation and future purpose consciousness significantly positively affect extrinsic values while future image significantly negatively affects it. Future time perspective does not affect the value judgment of college students on work comfort in all dimensions. (4)Education level of parents negatively moderates the positive relationship between college students’ future time perspective and the benefits value of work values. Based on the above research findings, the following conclusions and inspirations have been obtained in this study: 1. Currently, students have distinct personalities, and schools should not require students' career planning based on fixed standards. Instead, students should form career values that are suitable for themselves. 2. Based on the significant effect of future time perspective on work values, schools should pay attention to students' mental health and future time perspective development and improve their future time perspective level based on their individual characteristics. 3. Provide targeted career guidance and psychological counseling based on students' different family backgrounds. 4. Schools need to establish a suitable career planning system for students based on their work values and characteristics through curriculum and internship systems. |
