近年来我国经济社会持续发展,城市化的进程也在不断的推进,大量的 随迁儿童跟随外来务工的父母迁移已成为社会普遍现象,他们的成长与发展 受到了社会各界的广泛关注。但学术界对于随迁儿童的研究多集中于教育公 平、社会适应等领域,一定程度上忽略了对随迁儿童社交能力的培养。随迁 儿童正处于社会化的初级阶段,良好的社交能力对于新环境的适应以及未来 的发展至关重要,有利于其建立信任的人际关系,实现健康成长的目的。 本研究以江苏省泰州市X社区的随迁儿童为研究对象,通过前期的实地调 研,在观察法、问卷调查法和无结构访谈法等方法的指导下,深入了解随迁 儿童的社交问题,具体表现为社交意愿较低、社交技巧欠缺、表达能力较差 和解决冲突的能力不足。为解决这一问题,笔者从个人、家庭、学校、社区 和社会这五方面分析了具体原因,并开展了“友”你同行——随迁儿童社交 能力提升小组,旨在提升随迁儿童在社交中的社交意愿、社交技巧、表达能 力和解决冲突能力。在活动结束后,通过前后测数据对比、活动观察记录等 方式对干预的成效进行评估,检验小组工作提升随迁儿童社交能力的效用。 研究结果表明随迁儿童的社交能力在小组工作的介入下获得了不同程度 的提升,小组工作对提升随迁儿童的社交能力具有较强的适用性和契合性。 与此同时,笔者也对活动的全过程进行了反思,探索了研究的不足之处,并 根据实际情况提出了相关的对策建议,为后续开展进一步的研究提供借鉴。 |

In recent years, as China's economy and society have developed rapidly and urbanization has continued to expand, a big number of migrant children have joined their parents as migrant worke rs, which has become a typical occurrence in society. Their development and expansion have garn ered significant interest from people from all walks of life. However, academic research on the ch ildren of migrant workers is primarily concerned with educational equity and social adaptability, a nd to a certain degree overlooks the development of the children's social competence. Socializatio n of migrant children is in its infancy. Good social skills are critical for adjusting to a new environ ment and for future development, as they facilitate the formation of trustworthy interpersonal inter actions and the pursuit of healthy growth. The research object in this study is migrant children from the X community in Taizhou City, Jiangsu Province. Using observation, questionnaires, and unstructured interviews, this study gains a thorough knowledge of the social challenges faced by migrating children, including low social willingness, a lack of social skills, poor expressive abilities, and a lack of dispute resolution skills. To address this issue, the author examines the underlying causes from five perspectives: individu al, family, school, community, and society, and establishes a "friend" your companion— migrant children's social ability improvement group with the goal of enhancing migrant children's social ability in social interaction. social receptivity, social abilities, presenting abilities, and dispu te resolution abilities. The study used pre- and post-test data with activity observation records to d etermine if group work helped migrant children develop their social skills after the activity.
The finding indicate that when migrant children
are exposed to group activity, their social skills improves to varied degrees. Group
activity is widely applicable and well-suited to enhancing the social abilities
of migrant youngsters. Simultaneously, the author commented on the whole process
of the activity, evaluated the inadequacy of the study, and advanced pertinent counter
measures and proposals in light of the present circumstances, in order to serve
as a reference for future research.
