2015年底我国提出推进“世界一流大学和一流学科”建设的战略口号以来,各高校院系采取了一系列的具体举措,以促进高校综合实力的提高,尤其是努力构建以人为本的师资队伍管理模式,确保引进来的人才留得住、用的久、走得远。华侨学院师资队伍管理模式最早是完全借鉴了美国高校的师资队伍管理模式,后经过多年的实践磨合,根据学院的具体情况逐步进行调整,形成现在的管理模式。但是,对标“世界一流大学和一流学科”的战略目标,仍然存在一定的局限性,有必要进行深入的研究。

文章在分析和借鉴已有文献资料的基础上,阐述了人本管理的理论基础以及其表现特征,依据人本管理理论首先搭建出华侨学院师资队伍管理模式架构,核心内容包括管理理念、制度设计、基本要素和实施运行四个方面;继而从这四个方面对学院的师资队伍的管理模式进行了总结分析,并进一步探讨了华侨学院师资队伍管理模式存在问题以及问题形成的原因;最后,按照“以人为本、管理与服务并重”的管理模式目标要求,提出了优化方案:即通过优化学院师资队伍管理理念,优化改进聘用制度,完善学院师资队伍的培养与发展目标以及学院师资队伍的考评与激励机制等内容,形成更加人性化、更能体现管理效率的“OCC(华侨学院)师资队伍人本管理模式”,为学院的长远发展提供助力,为其他高校师资队伍管理模式的构建提供借鉴。

外文摘要:

At the end of 2015, China put forward the strategic slogan of promoting the construction of "world-class universities and first-class disciplines", aiming to push a number of high-level universities and disciplines to the forefront of the world. To improve the comprehensive strength of a university, specific measures must be implemented in each department, such as the introduction of high-level teaching faculty and the construction of human-oriented management model of teaching staff. Only in this way can we ensure that the introduced talents stay, and go further. The management mode of the teaching staff of Overseas Chinese College was originally learned from its American counterparts. After years of practice, it was gradually adjusted according to the specific situation of the college to form the current management mode.

Based on the reference and the analysis of the existing literature, this article first expounds the theory of humanistic management, analyzes the theoretical basis and features of humanistic management theory, then analyzes the present situation of teacher’s management mode at Overseas Chinese College, so as to clarify the humanistic management thought, the feasibility of its application in teaching staff management, and then build the managerial system for the College. Hence, the faculty of management model should include the management ideas, system design, the operation and basic elements as its four aspects. Based on this system, from the perspectives of the faculty of management idea and teacher employment, Overseas Chinese College teachers' career goals, culture, college faculty assessment and incentive mechanism are analyzed according to the current situation. Moreover, the problems and the reasons to the Overseas Chinese College teacher’s management mode are discussed, according to the features of humanistic management theory and existing problems of the management pattern of Overseas Chinese College teacher’s management mode, optimization countermeasures are put forward.

The teaching staff management mode of Overseas Chinese College has its own uniqueness and referential value, and has truly achieved the management mode of "people-oriented, management and service". However, it also has limitations. The purpose of this paper is to optimize the recruitment system, perfect the training and development goals of college teachers and college teachers evaluation and incentive mechanisms such as content through optimizing college faculty management, concept and form more human, higher efficiency of management of "OCC (Overseas Chinese College) teachers humanistic management mode", provide power for long-term development of the college, so to facilitate the construction of teachers management mode at other colleges and universities .
