清代八旗朝鲜通事是一个特殊的群体，尚未引起学术界的足够重视。在后金崛起并征服朝鲜的过程中，有大量的朝鲜人由于躲避战乱、被掳、主动投靠等原因，选择归顺满洲，其中多数人清朝会委以“通事”之职。朝鲜通事曾于清与朝鲜宗藩关系中发挥着重要的媒介作用。本文共分四章，如下：第一章介绍了元明时期生活在辽东地区朝鲜人的情况以及元明两代朝鲜通事的概况。第二章着重分析了清与朝鲜宗藩体制确立的过程中，大量朝鲜人加入满洲旗籍的原因和方式。第三章对朝鲜通事人员的管理制度进行了研究。主要从朝鲜通事的设置、朝鲜通事人员的培养、朝鲜通事的工作场所、朝鲜通事与序班、朝鲜通事的职掌等方面进行探讨。第四章中选取文氏、金氏、徐氏三个清代八旗朝鲜通事家族的代表进行总结和特点分析，藉以显示清与朝鲜宗藩体制下清朝八旗朝鲜通事家族的建设情况。通过对清代八旗朝鲜通事的研究，不仅可以客观而细致地展现有清一代朝鲜通事人员活动情况，更有助于重新思考朝鲜通事家族的历史作用。

The Korean translators under Eight Banners organization are a special integration which former scholars have not paid much attention to. As the Later-Jin regime prospered, they made the Lee dynasty Korea surrender by force. Lots of Korean became members of Eight Banners organization in many ways, such as refuge, being captured and immigration; and they integrated into Manchu society gradually. At that time, most of them worked as “ChaoXian TungShi”, namely Korean translator. “Chaoxian Tungshi” played important role in the ZongFan relationship between China and Korea in Qing dynasty. This thesis is divided into four chapters as follows: In chapter 1, we introduced the situation of Korean and the Korean translators in LiaoDong area during Yuan and Ming dynasty.In chapter 2, we explained the reasons and the ways that Korean integrated into Manchu’s Eight Banners organization during the establishing process of the ZongFan relationship between Qing dynasty and Lee dynasty Korea.In chapter 3, we studied Qing government’s management system of the Korean translators. We mainly focused on their training, working surrounding, educational set, errands and so forth.In Chapter 4, we summarized the characteristics of Wen, Jin, and Xu clans, then illustrated establishment and situation of the Korean translator’s clans under Eight Banners organization. The researches above can not only reveal Korean translator’s activities in Qing dynasty meticulously, but also help us reconsider the history role of the Korean translator’s clans objectively.
