2012年4月，北京师范大学2011级翻译硕士专业的13名同学从北京师范大学社会发展学院承接了一个翻译项目，该项目翻译的访谈录原文语言存在句子成分不足、重复啰嗦、逻辑不通等问题，给翻译工作造成了很大的困难。要解决这些困难，我们需要寻找适合指导访谈录翻译的理论和原则。笔者认为在翻译访谈录时，可以以文本类型理论为依托。根据文本类型理论，本项目翻译的访谈录属于信息功能型文本，在翻译时关键是传达原文信息，而不是原文语言形式，因此可采用“达意”原则，运用减译、増译等方法，用准确、顺畅的译文再现原文信息；当原文由于语法错误等原因，没有很好地传达真正想传达的信息时，我们需要在翻译时采用“求实”原则，认真参照上下文进行分析，必要时对原文进行修订，在译文中表达原文真正想传达的信息。

In April 2012, 13 students of MTI got a translation project from School of Social Development and Public Policy of Beijing Normal University. Some sentences of the interview records we need to translate in this project are incomplete, redundant or illogical, and all these problems bring great difficulties to our translation work. To solve these problems, we need to find the proper theories and principles that can guide the translation of interview records.The author of this report thinks that the translation of interview records can be based on text typology. According to text typology, the interview records we need to translate in this project should be classified as informative text. While translating informative text, we should focus on transmitting the message, but not the language form of the original text. Therefore, we can adopt the principle of expressing the message, and, through omitting or adding sentence constituents, represent the message of the original text in accurate and coherent target language. And if the original text, because of grammatical mistakes or other factors, does not express the message it really means to express, we should then adopt the principle of seeking the truth. That means we need to analyze the context carefully, and revise the original text when necessary, so that we can represent the hard fact the original text really wants to express.
