本文主要采用行动研究的方法，通过对四环游戏小组幼儿安全问题及教育对策的实施与分析，探讨适合这些流动儿童安全教育的合理方案。方案包括对幼儿的教育、对家长的教育、以及志愿者内部层面的反思三个角度，其中面向幼儿的教育方案包括主题活动、日常教育、幼儿之间相互监督三个层面；面向家长的教育方案包括家长之间个别交流、家长会的群体交流两个层面。并通过对行动研究历程中存在问题的总结与分析，在教育目标、教育内容、教育方式及教育参与人员等方面总结出在四环游戏小组开展安全教育的特点，对在四环开展安全教育的后续行动提出建议。

This research mainly employs the action research method. By analyzing how the safety situation the children in Sihuan face, an educational program about safety suitable for these immigrant children is discussed, including the education for children, for their parents and the reflection of teachers. The child-oriented educational program is composed of three aspects: theme activities, daily education and mutual supervision among children. The parent-oriented educational program is composed of individual interaction between the parents and group interaction during parents meeting. Also by summarizing and analyzing the problems existing in the course of action research, this research has sum up some characteristics from the goal, the contents, the mode and the participators of safety education in Sihuan, and then brought forward some suggestions for the future actions of safety education in Sihuan.
