在大众创业、万众创新的背景下,研究双创企业的核心人才获取现状,并提出优化对策,有利于优化人力资源市场配置,增加双创企业的人力资本存量,提高其核心竞争力,推动创新驱动发展。通过文献分析法,对双创企业核心岗位的招聘信息进行编码,构建核心人才通用胜任特征模型,可知双创企业想要获取的是具备专业知识、成就导向、创新思维等二十项特质的人才。双创企业可以加大自身对外宣传力度,优化人力资源管理体系,通过“聚集+培育”双轮驱动模式,获得所需的核心人才。

外文摘要:

Under the background of mass entrepreneurship and innovation, the paper studies the status quo of key talent acquisition of innovative and entrepreneurial enterprises, and puts forward optimization countermeasures, which is conducive to optimizing the allocation of human resources market, increasing the stock of human capital of innovative and entrepreneurial enterprises, improving their core competitiveness, and promoting innovation driven development. Through literature analysis, this paper encodes the recruitment information of the key positions of the innovative and entrepreneurial enterprises, and constructs the general competency model of the key talents. It can be seen that the innovative and entrepreneurial enterprises want to acquire the talents with 20 characteristics, such as professional knowledge, achievement orientation and innovative thinking. Innovative and entrepreneurial enterprises should increase the publicity to the outside, and optimize the human resource management system, then through the mode of "gathering + cultivating" two-wheel drive to obtain more key talents.
