毕业生就业问题已成为重要的社会问题之一，在目前我国突出的人才供需矛盾中，毕业生的就业问题就需要多元化、多视角的思考，“创业”为个人就业问题的解决提供了一种可能。研究中职毕业生的创业特征，有的放矢地加强中职学生的创业教育培养，可以提高中职毕业生的创业能力，为中职毕业生创业提供理论支持。本文的研究范围设定学历为中专且没有继续深造的中职毕业生、使用所学专业进行创业的个案研究。每个人的成长和教育背景都不相同，职业学校为研究合作者提供了怎样的支持，还有哪些不足和改进的空间。针对这些问题，本文通过呈现研究合作者的生涯故事，描述一位中职毕业创业者的创业与生存现状；总结研究合作者的创业特点，制作研究合作者创业模型，并对研究合作者及其所在中职学校的创业教育提出建议。

In today's China, the employment of graduates has become one of the important social problems, which needs diversified and multi-perspective thinking to resolve the serious conflict between talents supply and demand. As one of the methods to resolve the problem, establishing one's own business provides a new dimension. This paper studies the entrepreneurial characteristics of the vocational graduate and gives theoretical support to strengthen the targeted eduction and training.Targeting the secondary vocational graduates without further training, this paper makes a case study on establishing one's own business with the knowledge gained in school. There are many questions relating this issue, as whether vocational graduates is different from university graduates and what the characteristics is in their business carrying. To solve these problems, this paper presents the entrepreneurs of graduate school career story, describe the entrepreneurs of entrepreneurship and graduated from technical secondary school living situation; Summary of the research collaborators business characteristics, and making the research collaborators business model, and the research and its partners in the secondary school of business education put forward some Suggestions.
