本研究通过问卷、访谈等方式对北师大04级、05级、06级总共将近一半的转专业学生进行了调查，通过数据收集和分析，描述了转专业学生转后学习生活的现状，包括学业状况、心理状况、专业学习、信息获取与集体参与情况。在与非转专业学生相关情况做对比的基础上，对转专业学生学习生活中的障碍，主要是选课冲突、信息获取不畅、集体参与受限等进行了揭示和分析。以此为根据，提出了一些改善高校转专业制度、完善转专业后的服务支持体系的建议。

This study focuses on those students who shift to another major during the college years. Through questionnaires and interview, it investigates more than half of those students in Beijing Normal University. Based on the collection and analysis of relevant date, the living situation of those students after shifting are described, including academic status, psychological state, professional learning, access to information and collective participation. Then by comparing with students who do not shift departments, the obstacles of them in life and study are revealed, which mainly includes conflict in selection of class, poor access to information, limitation of collective participation and so on. Finally, this study put forwards the suggestions in improvement of shifting system and supporting service system.
