随着时代的发展，企业社会责任较之以往得到更多关注，然而，目前的企业社会责任研究往往或偏向于宏观或偏向于微观层面，缺乏多维度的系统性思考，在学科视角上，往往更偏重于于社会学研究，缺乏经济学分析。据此，本次论文将从经济学视角切入，通过理论研究与实证研究相结合，供给与需求分析相结合的方法，根据短视频平台公司的具体案例对我国企业社会责任性质及其存在的实践问题进行分析与探究。具体路径为：通过利益相关者理论与经济学框架，探讨短视频行业中企业社会责任的需求、供给与供求关系，分析当前企业社会责任落实情况与情况产生的根源，解读企业社会责任特点与分析可能潜在的各类挑战，从而制定有效的政策措施以解决企业社会责任问题。

The emergence and growth of the short video platform industry has brought with it an increased focus on corporate social responsibility. This study seeks to investigate the supply and demand of such responsibility, and provide suggestions for short  video platform companies to optimize their social responsibility programs. Also, this study helps to improve the public's awareness and understanding of corporate social responsibility by using a combination of literature research and empirical research. Firstly, it summarizes corporate social responsibility and the responsibility of short video platform companies, and analyzes the supply and demand of responsibility. Then, through a large number of research and empirical data analysis, it explores the realization of social responsibility of short video platform companies and evaluates it. This study found the supply of responsibility relatively sufficient, but there are still some shortcomings in it, and the protection of environment and the intellectual property rights needs to be strengthened.
