本论文主要研究中学的英语语法教学。通过调查我们发现,中学的英语教学实际方法跟流行的英语语法教学理论方法有些明显的差异。这些差异具体表现在:中学语法教学用演绎法多于归纳法;练习作业不太符合真实化、情景化、交际性的要求;在日常课堂中不少老师偏好使用传统语法教学方法。 此外,我们还发现了初高中语法教学的一些差异。我们发现:高中比初中更重视对课文结构的宏观分析;归纳法在初中英语语法教学中用得比高中少得多;高中语法教学中的例子明显比初中的有趣;初高中在公开课与实际教学的效果看法不同,初中认为平日的语法教学效果相对于公开课来说效果好些,高中的看法则相反。 |

Abstract This paper investigates the grammar teaching of EFL in China. It is found that grammar teaching in the classroom differs significantly from theories in three aspects: deductive approach is more often used than inductive approach; exercises are generally not very interesting,authentic and communicative; traditional grammar teaching approach is still favored by many teachers. Besides, we also find that there are four significant differences of grammar teachingbetween senior schools and junior schools: senior schools pay more attention to articleframework and the relation of sentences; junior schools use inductive approach far less than senior schools; examples are more interesting in senior schools than in junior schools; and grammar teaching in daily class is considered more effective than that in demonstration class. |
