初中阶段的学生已经进入青春期,男生和女生在体育运动能力上和体育兴趣、态度,动机上都有明显差异。实施男女分班体育教学,对于提高教学针对性,提高教学实效都有着积极的意义。如何提高针对性,如何提高有效性曾经是前一段时间讨论的热点,但大多是停留在表面的讨论或理论上的辨别,缺少实践和数据的证明。因此,我们开展男女分班体育教学,研究其有效性,立足于实践,注重实际效果,激发学生的练习动机,全面提高学生健康水平和身体素质。本文以体育运动动机理论,最近发展区原理,运动归因理论和因材施教理论的交互关系为理论依据,以近年来从事这些方面的教学和研究专家的成果为基础,展开理论研究和实践研究。通过案例反思分析问题,通过实践研究分析其有效性。从而归纳出体育课男女分班教学的三个优点、四条原则,几点策略和一些教学建议。开头为引言部分,主要是提出问题,指出实施男女分班教学的客观需要与积极意义。第一章主要阐述了体育课男女分班教学的研究背景,分析了传统男女合班上课的弊端。第二章对体育课男女分班教学有效性做了概念界定,并收集了大量的国内外关于男女分班教学、关于因性施教以及教学有效性方面的资料进行文献研究,从中得以启发,有利于更好地展开研究体育课男女分班教学的有效性。第三章阐述了男女分班有效教学的三大特征:针对性、密度高,效率高。指出了实施男女分班体育教学的四大理论依据,概括了有效实施男女分班教学的四大原则:因材施教原则、目标一致原则、竞争合作原则和低投高产原则。提出了实施男女分班体育教学应周密计划,营造竞争和细化分层三条策略。第四章主要呈现了初中体育课男女分班教学实验的目的、方法、过程,结论与分析。实验表明采用男女分班教学针对性突出,教学效果明显,学生身体素质和达标成绩提高更多,教学的有效性更高。第五章是对研究男女分班体育教学有效性的总结与反思。分享了一些收获体会,提出了一些教学建议。

Junior students have reached the age of puberty, which have obvious differences in sports capacity and sports interests, attitudes, motivation. Students are separated into different groups according to sex, which can help improve PE teaching efficiency. How to improve pertinence and effectiveness was some time ago hot debated, but they mostly stay in the discussion of the surface and theory, which are lack of support of practice and data proof .Therefore, our studies are mainly based on practice, and focus on the actual results , which arouse students' practice motivation, improve students' physical quality and health level. This paper is based on the sports motivation theory, principle of proximal development, sports attribution theory and the theory of interaction between their aptitude as well as the teaching and the research results of the experts in these fields , with the help of which, I carry out the theoretical and practical research. Through the cases analysis, I summarize three advantages, four principles, some strategies and teaching tips of sexual division teaching of PE. The beginning part is the introduction in which I mainly put forward the questions and point out the objective need and positive significance of gender separation teaching of PE.The first chapter mainly describes the research background of gender separation teaching of PE and analyses the shortcomings of traditional PE class.The second chapter gives the definition of gender separation teaching of PE and shows a large number of domestic and foreign references on the group teaching, gender education and teaching effectiveness, which are helpful to the research on the effectiveness of gender separation teaching of PE.The third chapter describes the three characteristics of gender separation teaching of PE. Target, high-density, high efficiency, summarizes four principles and theories of gender separation teaching of PE: individualized principle, targeted consistency principle, competition and cooperation principle, and low investment and high-yield principle. The gender separation teaching of PE should be carefully planned to create a competitive teaching atmosphere. The fourth chapter mainly presents the purpose, methods, process, conclusions, and analysis of the PE teaching experiment. The experiments show that the teaching effect is obvious and the students’ physical health has been improveded.The fifth chapter is the summary and reflection of the gender separation teaching of PE, which shares some harvest and experience and gives some teaching tips.
