青岛市在中学体育教育中融入红色体育的实践显示出积极的发展趋势。作为红色文化的重要发源地,青岛拥有丰富的红色体育资源,这些资源不仅为学校体育活动提供了丰富的内容和渠道,而且通过政策的支持,如学校体育的强化、青少年竞赛体系的完善以及体育设施资源的共享,进一步促进了红色体育的发展。此外,青岛市还注重专业师资队伍的构建,确保教师能够将红色文化与体育教学有效结合,为红色体育活动提供了坚实的基础。调查显示,青岛市中学师生对红色体育活动持有积极的价值认同,这为红色体育在中学体育中的融入提供了良好的社会支持和动力。总的来说,青岛市的这些优势和积极态度为红色体育在中学教育中的融入创造了有利条件。

然而,青岛市中学在实施“红色体育”过程中依然存在问题:如资源和项目有限,缺乏学校层面的重视和系统规划。体育教师在活动实施上不够灵活创新,依赖个人组织而非统一课程。体育课程相对被轻视,未获得应有的重视。面对教育理念更新和学生需求变化,创新教育内容、教学方法和建立公正评价体系成为迫切需求,以评价和激励学生参与红色体育活动。

为解决这些问题,建议青岛市中学在开展“红色体育”时应遵循特定政策方向,以传承独特的“红色体育”。同时,应加强中学体育教师对“红色体育”的认识和教育水平,促进其在教学中的创新和发展。

The concept of “Red Sports” emphasizes strengthening the nation’s physique and will through sports under the leadership of the party, initially focusing on the physical activities of workers and farmers, and later expanding to include sports that combine stories of historical heroes. “Red Sports” not only conveys patriotic sentiments but also aligns with the goal of “fostering character and civic virtue” in middle schools. In the context of new curriculum reforms, the promotion of “Red Sports” in middle schools not only complies with the educational policies of the Ministry of Education but also helps cultivate students’ comprehensive qualities and enrich campus sports culture.

Through field research in ten middle schools across four districts and one city in Qingdao, this study aims to explore new avenues for the development of “Red Sports” in middle schools. The research focuses on students’ awareness and participation in “Red Sports,” as well as the implementation of “Red Sports” activities in Qingdao. The findings are as follows:

The integration of “Red Sports” into middle school physical education in Qingdao shows a positive development trend. As an important birthplace of red culture, Qingdao possesses abundant “Red Sports” resources, which not only provide rich content and channels for school sports activities but are also further promoted by supportive policies such as the strengthening of school sports, the improvement of the youth competition system, and the sharing of sports facility resources. Additionally, Qingdao pays attention to building a professional teaching staff, ensuring that teachers can effectively integrate red culture with physical education, providing a solid foundation for “Red Sports” activities. Surveys show that middle school teachers and students in Qingdao have a positive recognition of the value of “Red Sports” activities, which provides good social support and motivation for the integration of “Red Sports” into middle school sports.

However, there are still issues in the implementation of “Red Sports” in Qingdao’s middle schools, such as limited resources and projects, lack of attention at the school level, and lack of systematic planning. Physical education teachers are not flexible and innovative enough in carrying out activities, relying on personal organization rather than unified curricula. Physical education courses are relatively undervalued and have not received the attention they deserve. Faced with updates in educational concepts and changes in student needs, there is an urgent need to innovate educational content, teaching methods, and establish a fair evaluation system to assess and motivate student participation in “Red Sports” activities.

To address these issues, it is recommended that middle schools in Qingdao should follow specific policy directions when carrying out “Red Sports” to inherit the unique “Red Sports.” At the same time, it is necessary to strengthen the understanding and educational level of middle school physical education teachers regarding “Red Sports,” promoting innovation and development in their teaching.
