本研究以中华鳖(Pelodiscussinensis)为研究对象,通过急性热应激处理(18℃驯化3周,取样8只为对照组;其余迅速升温至33℃并持续12h,取样8只为热应激组;随后剩余8只迅速降回18℃并维持24h,取样为恢复组),对中华鳖的不同组织进行取样,观测其肝脏、肌肉、心脏和脾脏组织中丙二醛(MDA)、8-羟基2’-脱氧鸟苷(8-OHdG)和羰基蛋白含量的变化。结果表明,肝脏、肌肉、脾脏组织中的MDA、8-OHdG和羰基蛋白的含量在急性热应激和随后的恢复过程中没有发生显著变化;心脏组织中MDA水平在三个处理组间没有显著差异,而8-OHdG和羰基蛋白含量在随后恢复过程中有显著下降。因此,高达15℃的急性升温胁迫,并没有导致中华鳖组织受到明显的氧化损伤。

Thepresent work studied effects of acute heat stress treatment (18℃ 3wks,8samples were taken as the control group,and the rest was elevated to 33℃ rapidly and keep 12h, 8 samples were taken as heat stress group,then the rest 8 turtleswererestored to 18℃and keep 24has recovery group) on malondialdehyde(MDA), 8-Hydroxy-2’-deoxyguanosine(8-OHdG) and carbonyl protein in the liver, muscle, heart and spleenof the Chinese soft-shelled, Pelodiscussinensis. The result showed that there was no significant differenceon the content of MDA, 8-OHdG and carbonyl protein in the liver, muscle and spleen tissues duringacute heat stress and subsequent recovery.In the heart, there was no difference in the level of MDA, but the content of 8-OHdG and carbonyl protein decreased significantly during subsequent recovery. The acute heat stress which up to 15℃did not cause obvious oxidative damage to studied tissues.
