在我国推进提升基层治理能力的背景之下，赋予乡镇一级行政执法权至关重要。本文从定义乡镇执法权出发，介绍了乡镇政府执法权从无到有的过程，梳理了乡镇政府行政执法权的主要内容，厘清政府的职能与行政权力的关系，乡镇政履行其职能需要以行政执法权为依托，同时行政执法权能够有效地充实乡镇政府的行政管理职能，阐述了赋予乡镇行政执法权的政策依据和理论依据，明确了赋予乡镇行政执法权的意义。分析我国目前乡镇行政执法权的配置，聚焦广东和浙江两省赋予乡镇行政执法权的实践，分析其存在问题，并最后提出相应的解决措施，即要完善相应法律发挥、扩充乡镇行政执法队伍、强化行政执法保障。

Analyze the current configuration of administrative law enforcement power in townships in China, focusing on the practice of Guangdong and Zhejiang provinces granting administrative law enforcement power to townships, analyzing their existing problems, and finally proposing corresponding solutions, namely improving the corresponding legal play, expanding the administrative law enforcement team in townships, and strengthening administrative law enforcement guarantees.
