目前我国学前教育尚存在发展“不平衡、不充分”的问题,保教质量有待提高。《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》将发展学前教育列在教育发展任务的首位,指出要重点发展农村学前教育,支持贫困地区发展学前教育。《幼儿园教育指导纲要(试行)》指出幼儿园应为幼儿提供健康、丰富的生活和活动环境,满足他们多方面发展的需要,使他们在快乐的童年生活中获得有益于身心发展的经验。学习环境对幼儿来说是非常重要的教育资源,通过创设和利用学习环境,对幼儿的学习与发展有明显的促进作用。 基于此,本研究以《幼儿园学习环境评量表(修订版)》为评量工具,首先学习掌握了与该工具相关的专业术语以及操作方法,并对其部分项目进行调整以适应我国农村的学前教育发展背景。然后,通过深入观察分析甘肃省A县的三所阳光童趣园的学习环境,访谈阳光童趣园园长,收集幼儿绘画作品等方式,了解了当前贫困地区村级幼儿园的学习环境现状。最后,通过分析当前村级幼儿园学习环境现状,指出其中存在的问题,并提出相适应的改进建议。

At present, there is still a problem of “unbalanced and inadequate” development in preschool education in China, and the quality of education needs to be improved. State Planning Outline for Medium and Long-term Education Reform and Development (2010-2020) puts preschool education at the top of the educational development task, pointing out that it is necessary to focus on the development of rural preschool education and support the development of preschool education in poor areas. Kindergarten Education Guidelines points that should provide young children with a healthy and rich environment for living and activities to meet their needs for multifaceted development, so that they can obtain experience conducive to physical and mental development in a happy childhood. Learning environment is an important kind of educational resource for children, and it has a significant role in promoting the learning and development of young children through the creation and utilization of learning environment. Based on this, this study uses the Early Childhood Environment Rating Scale-Revised Edition. First, learned and mastered the relevant terms and operating methods of the tool, and adjusted some of its projects to adapt to the development background of preschool education in rural areas of China. Then, deeply observe and analyze the Learning Environment of three Sunshine Kindergartens in A County, Gansu Province, interview the Sunshine Kindergarten leaders, Collect the children's painting works, understand the current situation of the learning environment of village-level kindergartens in poor areas. Finally, by analyzing the current situation of the learning environment of village-level kindergartens, this paper points out the existing problems, and puts forward some suitable suggestions for improvement.
