与我国总体竞技体育发展相比,田径成绩的尴尬已经严重制约了总体水平的进一步提高。教练员是培养优秀运动员的专业技术人才,是业余体校田径训练工作的组织者和直接参与者,是选材、训练的策划者和控制者,是决定课余田径训练水平高低的关键人物。教练员分析问题和解决问题的能力,对于战略思想的运用和整体战术设计以及基础战术配合的组织都依赖于综合素质的提高。提高教练员的综合素质是时代发展的必然要求,业余田径训练教练员的现状,直接影响着业余体校田径训练工作开展及训练任务能否顺利完成。河北省田径运动具有独特的特征,对其业余体校的教练员现状进行全面的调查研究,并提出相应的对策,对河北省田径运动的发展具有重要意义。本研究以河北省石家庄、承德、保定、沧州、廊坊、秦皇岛、邢台、张家口、邯郸、衡水、唐山等11个地级市业余体校在职田径教练员为研究对象。运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、逻辑分析法、数理统计法等对河北省业余体校田径教练员现状进行调查分析,得出河北省业余体校田径教练员队伍存在的问题,并提出能够促进其发展的相关对策。研究结果显示:河北省业余体校田径教练员队伍的年龄结构、职称结构、学历结构是基本合理的,能够符合现代教练员基本素质的一般要求;业余体校田径教练员大多都是由优秀运动员退役组成,但长期存在退役运动员学历和知识结构不够全面现象;河北省业余体校田径教练员带队训练的指导动机是很明确的,多数训练的科学化程度比较强,还有少数一部分人需要进一步提高;部分田径教练员从事科研动机不明确;业余体校训练条件差,训练经费少,部分教练员待遇低;田径教练员继续教育尚需大力开展。因此,应通过加强田径教练员队伍建设,提高其业务素质;强化科学选材,提高成材率;提高教练员科研能力,促进科研训练一体化;加大训练设施建设和训练经费方面的投资,适当提高物质条件;继续加强田径教练员队伍的岗位培训体系建设等对策促进河北省业余体校田径教练员队伍更好的发展。

Compared to the overall development of competitive sports of China, the embarrassment of athletics results has seriously hinder the overall level of further improvement. To improve the comprehensive quality of coaches is the inevitable demand of the times, the coacher’s ability to analyze and solve problems and to use and overall strategic thinking and design tactics of organization-based tactics are dependent on comprehensive quality. The outstanding athletes training coaches are professional and technical personnel, who is working in track and field training amateur organizers and direct participants, selection and training planners and controllers, is decided to school athletics training level of key figures. Amateur athletic training coaches, the direct impact on the present situation of track and field training schools part-time job training and tasks can be accomplished. Hebei athletics has the unique feature of the status quo of coaches who amateur thorough investigation and research, and put forward the corresponding countermeasure, the development of Hebei athletics has important significance.In this study, the object is the amateur athletic coaches who on-the-job of 11 cities in hebei province, including shijiazhuang, cangzhou, chengde, baoding, qinhuangdao, xingtai, langfang, zhang jiakou, tangshan, handan and hengshui.Using the methods of documentary, questionnaire investigation, logical analysis, mathematical statistics of Hebei amateur athletic coaches who investigation and analysis.Research results show that the age structure, title structure and degree structure of Hebei amateur athletic coaches is reasonable, and it can meet the basic qualities of modern coach general requirement. Most of the athletics coaches are composed of outstanding athlete retires, long enough to retire athlete’s degree and knowledge. Hebei amateur athletic trainer training schools run the guiding motivation is very clear, the majority of scientific training, and a few stronger degree of people need to further enhance, Engaged in scientific research motivation part athletics coach is not clear, Amateur training schools, training funds condition, some coaches pay less low, Education is required to track and field coaches vigorously. Based on the comprehensive understanding of Hebei amateur athletic coaches who, on the basis of the targeted puts forward Suggestions to improve the current situation of the relevant departments, formulate policies to provide the theory basis. Therefore, to promote the development of amateur athletic coaches, the official should strengthening the construction of coach team athletics, strengthens scientific selection, improve the yield, and promoting scientific research ability coaches training integration, intensifying training facilities and training funds investment, increasing material conditions, and continue to strengthen the athletics coach team post training system construction in Hebei.
