游戏教学法是把规则制的游戏活动运用到课堂教学的环节之中,以增强学生学习兴趣, 引导学生在轻松的氛围中主动参与课堂学习的一种交互式教学方法。游戏教学法适应了世 界范围内汉语学习者人数的不断增加,学习者低龄化的普遍趋向,并与学习者的性格特征 和学习特点相符合,能够提升学习者学习汉语的兴趣,提高学习效率。 全文主要分为五个部分,第一部分前言交代了研究缘起、研究对象、研究方法和研究 意义。第二部分是文献综述,梳理了游戏教学法的相关概念,游戏教学法在对外汉语教学 中的应用和美国的游戏教学现状。第三部分是对斯凯尔斯小学 ESP 汉语项目的介绍。在综 合考虑 ESP 汉语项目定位、设置目标以及选择汉语课学生的兴趣、需求及心理预期,借鉴 美国一线汉语教师的教学经验的基础上,论证了在斯凯尔斯小学 ESP 汉语项目中进行游 戏教学的可能性及必要性。第四部分研究游戏教学法在斯凯尔斯小学 ESP 汉语项目中的 设计与实施,以及在实施之后的教学效果评估。在确立游戏教学法的前提下,根据学生实 际,以词汇选取作为教学核心,采用游戏教学作为主导方法,及时进行教学反思和游戏反 馈,分别从学生课堂表现、学生满意度和教学目标的实现三个层面对游戏教学的效果进行 评估。第五部分给出了游戏教学法在实际应用之后的反思与建议,并得出结论与不足。 本文研究将理论与实践相结合,一方面论证游戏教学法在理论上的可行性,另一方面 将游戏教学法与自身的汉语教学实践联系起来,将传统的汉语教师传输型知识的应用教学 改变成为学生兴趣型知识的自主获取,为国外课后班形式的汉语兴趣课程提供了直接借鉴。

The game teaching method is an interactive teaching method that applies the rules-based game activities to the classroom teaching to enhance students' interest in learning and guide students to actively participate in classroom learning in a relaxed atmosphere. The game teaching method adapts to the increasing number of Chinese learners around the world, and the general tendency of learners to become younger, and is consistent with the learner's personality characteristics and learning characteristics, which can enhance learners' interest in learning Chinese and improve learning efficiency. The full text is mainly divided into five parts. The first part is the preface, which explains the origin of research, research objects, research methods and research significance. The second part is a literature review, which sorts out the related concepts of game teaching method, the application of game teaching method in teaching Chinese as a foreign language and the current situation of game teaching in the United States. The third part is an introduction to the ESP Chinese project at Scales Elementary School. The possibility and necessity of game teaching methods in the ESP Chinese project at Scales Primary School was demonstrated basing on the comprehensive consideration of the ESP Chinese project positioning, setting goals, the interests, needs and psychological expectations of students who selected Chinese class. Also it’s based on the teaching experience of first-line Chinese teachers in the United States. The fourth part studies the design and implementation of the game teaching method in the ESP Chinese project at Scales Primary School, and the evaluation of teaching effects after implementation. Under the premise of establishing the game teaching method, according to the actual situation of the students, the Chinese vocabulary is taken as the core of teaching, and the game teaching is taken as the leading method to timely reflect the teaching and feedback of the game. The effectiveness of game teaching is evaluated from three layers, which include the classroom performance of the students, the satisfaction of the students and the realization of the teaching objectives. The fifth part gives the reflection and suggestions of the game teaching method after the actual application, and draws conclusions and shortcomings.
This paper combines theory with practice. On the one hand, it demonstrates the theoretical feasibility of the game teaching method. On the other hand, it links the game teaching method with its own Chinese teaching practice, and changes the traditional Chinese teaching method to a selfacquisition of students' interest-based knowledge, and provides direct reference for Chinese interest courses in the form of foreign after-school classes.
