绿色金融，亦称可持续金融，简单地讲，就是以金融手段促进经济和社会可持续发展。当今世界正面临着环境污染和能源危机所带来的巨大挑战。转变发展模式，实现经济和社会的可持续发展已是大势所趋。相应的，绿色金融已成为金融业未来的发展方向。发展绿色金融的重要性已经成为行业的共识。绿色发展的大潮将为商业银行提供一个广阔的绿色金融市场。在这样的宏观背景下，中国银行如何发展绿色金融成为了一个值得关注和研究的问题。中国银行是中国最优秀的商业银行之一，是一个既古老又现代的商业银行。发展绿色金融对于中国银行来说，既是一个挑战，又是一个机遇。笔者认为中国银行应当顺应时代的要求，大力发展绿色金融。本文致力于通过一系列的分析和研究，为中国银行发展绿色金融的战略选择和战略实施提供建议。本文以战略分析、战略选择和战略实施为研究主线，以绿色金融市场和业务为主要研究内容。在战略分析部分，笔者将通过PESTEL模型和行业分析对中国银行发展绿色金融的外部环境进行研究，并通过考察中国银行的内部因素和绿色金融业务基础对中国银行发展绿色金融的内部环境进行研究。在战略选择部分，笔者将在战略分析的基础上，运用SWOT模型研究中国银行发展绿色金融的战略选择方案，并对该战略选择进行一系列的评估。在战略实施部分，笔者将对如何保障中国银行绿色金融发展战略的实施提供一些建议。

Green finance, also known as sustainable finance, is using finance means to promote the sustainable development of economy and society.The world is now facing enormous challenges from environmental pollution and energy crisis. Changing the mode of development and achieving sustainable development is the trend of the times. Correspondingly, green finance represents the future of the finance development, and the importance of developing green finance has been a consensus in financial industry. This trend will provide a great market for commercial banks.Under this background, how to develop green finance deserves attention and research. For the Bank of China (BOC), one of the most excellent banks in China, developing green finance is a challenge as well as an opportunity. The author thinks that BOC should develop green finance vigorously to meet the demand of the times. Bases on analysis and study, this paper provides some advices on the strategy selection and strategy implementation for developing green finance of BOC.Strategic analysis, strategic selection and strategic implementation are the main line，and green finance market and business are the main content of the paper. In strategic analysis segment, the author dose some research on the external environment of BOC in developing green finance by using PESTEL model and industry analysis, and the author studies on the internal environment of BOC in developing green finance by researching the bank’s internal factors and its business infrastructure of green finance. In strategic selection segment, based on the strategic analysis, the author does some research on the strategic selection of green financial development of BOC by applying SWOT model. In strategic implementation segment, the author gives some suggestions on how to carry out the strategy.
