随着“胜任力”一词的提出,国内外专家学者关于胜任力的研究始终没有停止过,胜任力及胜任力模型研究对人力资源管理中招聘、培训、选拔、和绩效管理等方面具有重要意义。图书出版行业面临巨大的变革:出版单位转企改制、出版市场国际化以及出版技术数字化。图书出版业面临巨大的挑战和机遇,因此对作为图书出版企业核心竞争力的图书策划编辑提出了新的要求。而SL 出版社作为行业内比较典型的专业出版社就面临这样的问题:具备什么素质的图书策划编辑才能适应新时期图书市场的竞争、创造更高的效益呢?本研究是基于SL出版社的现状,以及构建图书策划编辑胜任力模型的市场需求、企业需求和岗位需求的紧迫性和必要性,在查阅和研究相关理论文献研究的基础上,通过问卷调查和行为事件访谈的方法,探讨构建SL出版社图书策划编辑的胜任力要素,在此基础上,结合SL出版社的企业战略和企业文化进构建图书策划编辑的了胜任力模型。为SL出版社进行图书策划编辑的招聘、选拔、培训、绩效考核、职业生涯规划等人力资源工作提供了可以参考的依据,也为其他出版社构建图书策划编辑的胜任力模型提供了参考和借鉴。本研究的主要成果就是构建了SL出版社图书策划编辑的胜任力模型,该胜任力模型的核心胜任力因素包括创新力、策划能力、统筹协调能力、专业知识、编辑加工能力、主动性、责任心、成就动机和坚韧力。尽管本研究尚有一些不足之处,但是填补了目前国内对于出版社图书策划编辑胜任力模型研究的空白,为日后的同类研究工作提供借鉴、打好基础。

As the "competency" is made, the study about the competency from experts and scholars at home and abroad has not stopped, the study of competency and competency model is of great significance on selection, recruitment, training and performance management in human resources management. Book industry is facing big changes: The Press need enterprise restructuring, publishing markets internationalization and digital publishing technology. Book industry is facing enormous challenges and opportunities, Thus puts forward new requirements for editor who as a core competitiveness for Press.SL Press as typical professional publisher within the industry just face this problem: What quality can make editors adapt to the competition from book market, create more benefits in the new period?This study is based on the status quo of SL Press and the urgency and necessity of building editor competency model, based on relevant literature study, through the questionnaire and behavior event interview methods, to discuss the elements of building editor competency of model SL Press,On this basis, combining business strategy and corporate culture of SL Press to build editor competency model. Provides a reference basis for human resources work such as the recruitment ,selection, training, performance appraisal, career planning book planning editor ,also provides reference for other presses to build the editor competency model。The main result of this study is to build the editor competency model of SL Press,ore competency factors include creativity, planning ability, coordinating ability, professional knowledge, editing and processing ability, initiative, responsibility, achievement motivation and tenacity. Although this study has some disadvantages, it filled the blank of study for editor competency model for the current domestic, and laying a solid foundation for similar studies in the future.
