自2008年奥运会以来,中国体育事业和体育产业获得迅速发展,国家加强了对体育服务业的重视。在创业环境活跃和体育政策支持的双重驱动下,市场涌现出越来越多的中小型体育服务企业,这些创业企业填补了市场空缺,成为当前我国体育产业发展的热点。本研究选取一家从事场馆运营的体育服务创业公司作为个案了解体育服务创业企业生存和发展的状况。在阅读大量文献基础上,基于社会网络视角分析个案公司的发展状况及其过程中的影响因素。 本研究运用质性研究的方法,对个案公司进行观察、访谈和实物积累,收集与个案公司的发展状况和公司成员有关的相关资料。通过对原始资料分析发现,个案公司经历了初创期的积累,发展期的两次扩张以及修整期的反思过程。公司在成长过程中,创业者注重发展社会关系,公司内部管理在不断调整。个案公司在不同的状态中遇到不同挑战,也在不断发展。不论是在哪个阶段,随着业务的开发,项目的合作程度,人员的增减,组织结构的变动等,个案公司的社会位置、社会关联都会在一定程度上发生动态的变化。 公司的生存和发展,以及公司价值的形成与实现,是环绕在公司周围的各种网络关系共同作用的结果。公司领导团队结构同质化明显,对公司发展起到重要支撑与凝聚作用,但难以实现向外拓宽新渠道,获取强联结之外的资源;在谋求发展时,公司引进大量新的社会网络关系。短时间内,大量不同背景的、与公司关系较弱的成员进入原有稳定关系结构中,由于缺乏成熟的刚性制度保障,冲击原有较为稳定的结构,造成一定混乱,影响到公司原有的生存。创始人的个人意志,社会网络资本及其策略决定了个案公司的生存状态和发展进度和走向。不同层级的员工由于专业背景,个人目标等原因对公司的认同出发点和程度存在差异。高度认同促进公司内部结构的稳定,使得公司产品创新力度不够。低度认同使得员工对公司贡献度不高,但双方之间的相对独立能避免公司内部知识外漏。公司面对客户以较为强势的政府为主,在寻求合作中多处于被动地位。在与同行业者竞争中常因规模、公司声望不够而处于劣势。在当前市场状态下,个案公司主要服务项目虽然迎合市场需求,但尚未适应体育经济发展水平,其存在需要更加专业化的团队。 总之,个案公司生存与发展面临较多挑战。虽然有国家政策和自身行业双重支持,但由于市场不成熟,运行不规范,导致其发展处于多被动状态,从而限制其服务社会价值的发挥。领导者在开发社会资源同时应注重管理能力的提升,平衡刚性制度与社会关系对公司发展的作用。 |

Since the 2008 Olympic Games, China's sports undertakings and industry had developed rapidly, and the state had strengthened its emphasis on sports services. Driven by the active entrepreneurial environment and the support of sports policies, more and more small and medium-sized sports service enterprises emerged in the market. These enterprises filled the gap in the market and became the hot topic for the development of sports industry in China. This study selected a sports service start-up company engaged in stadium operation as a case study to understand the survival and development of sports service start-ups. On the basis of reading a large number of literatures, this paper analyzed the development status of the case company and its influences in the process from the perspective of social network. This study adopted qualitative research method — to observe, interview and accumulate materials of the case company, to collected relevant materials related to the development status of the case company and its members. Through the analysis of the original data, it is found that the case company has experienced the accumulation in the initial stage, the two expansions in the development stage and the reflection in the dressing stage. In the growth of the company , the entrepreneur paid attention to the development of social relations, and the company's internal management was constantly adjusted. Individual companies were facing different challenges in different states and got constant development concurrently. No matter at which stage, with the development of the business, the cooperation degree of the project, the increase and decrease of the personnel, the change of the organizational structure, etc., the social position and social association of the case company would change dynamically to some extent. The existence and development of the company, as well as the formation and realization of the value of the company, was the result of the interaction of various network relationships around the company. The homogenization of the company's leadership team structure was obvious, which played an important role in supporting and unifying the company's development. In their quest for growth, the company had introduced a number of new social networking relationships. In a short period of time, a large number of members with different backgrounds and weak relationships with the company entered the original stable relationship structure. Due to the lack of mature rigid system, swayed the original relatively stable structure, which causing some confusion, affecting the original survival of the company. The individual will of the founder, social network capital and his strategy determined the survival status and development progress of the case company. Due to professional background, personal goals and other reasons, employees of different levels had different starting points and degrees of identification with the company. Highly agreed to promote the stability of the company's internal structure, making the company's product innovation efforts not enough. Low recognition made employees contribute less to the company, but the relative independence between them could avoid the leakage of internal knowledge. In the face of customers, the company was mainly dominated by government, so it was in a passive position in seeking cooperation. In the competition with the same industry, because of the size, reputation, case company was often not enough and at a disadvantage. In the current market, although the main service items of the case company met the market demand, they had not yet adapted to the development level of sports economy, and their existence required a more professional team. In short, the survival and development of individual companies were facing many challenges. Although it was supported by national policies and its own industry, its development was in a state of multi-passivity due to immature market and irregular operation, which limited the play of its social value. While developing social resources, leaders should pay attention to the improvement of management ability and balance the effect of rigid system and social relations on the development of the company. |
