业财融合在企业财务管理中的运用,使财务人员在职能和角色上都有了新的变化。作为数据的使用者,财务人员如何通过有效的信息来帮助管理人员做出正确的决策,从而为公司带来更多的价值,已经成为一个备受关注的问题。在传统的财务管理模式中,财务和经营之间存在着数据信息的隔阂,而管理工具的滞后和数据分析能力的不足又制约着财务决策的有效发挥。 业财融合是一种经济发展的大势所趋,它可以推动企业财务管理的变革。从业财结合的角度来看,如何优化企业的财务管理,提升企业的经营管理水平,是本文所要探讨的问题。以A公司为例,运用科学化、系统化的研究方法,深入剖析了企业业财融合过程中所面临的一些管理问题。通过运用文献研究法对国内外关于业财融合的研究成果进行了梳理,并对业财融合的发展历程和核心观点进行了剖析和归纳。在此基础上,通过案例分析、实地调研的方法,对A公司在业财融合过程中所面临的管理问题进行了详细的论述,并对存在的问题深度剖析了原因。 针对以上问题提出一系列的财务管理措施,以期实现业务流程变革,推动业务价值创造,优化财务分析体系。通过这些措施改进可以有效提升企业的财务管理水平,使其更加适应新时期发展的要求。企业有必要对财务部门职能进行重新定位,从业务活动实际需求出发,构建面向创造价值的业财分析体系,为了更好的适应企业实际的需要。同时要加强对财务风险的管控工作,将企业内部各部门之间的关系进行整合,形成一个高效运转的整体。企业财务部门要充分发挥财务预警分析作用,通过对财务预警分析体系进行全面改进,提升其业务预测能力和反应能力。企业需要从经营目标角度出发进行全面预算管理体系的构建,通过制定科学合理的目标以及对关键业绩指标等内容进行分解来保证经营目标能够顺利实现,从预算管理的角度来看,需密切结合经营实际,更好的控制成本费用,增加企业经营利润。另外还提高了财务和业务系统的信息集成度,对业务流程财务风险控制点进行优化,并且实现了业财信息一体化的迭代构建,提升财务管理效率与精准度。 |

The application of business finance integration in enterprise financial management has brought about new changes in the functions and roles of financial personnel. As users of data, how financial personnel can use effective information to help managers make correct decisions and bring more value to the company has become a highly concerned issue. In traditional financial management models, there is a gap in data information between finance and operations, and the lag in management tools and insufficient data analysis capabilities constrain the effective implementation of financial decisions. The integration of industry and finance is a trend of economic development, which can promote changes in corporate financial management. From the perspective of combining industry and finance, how to optimize the financial management of enterprises and improve their operational management level is the issue that this article aims to explore. Taking Company A as an example, using scientific and systematic research methods, this paper deeply analyzes some management issues faced in the process of enterprise financial integration. By using literature research methods, the research results on the integration of industry and finance at home and abroad were sorted out, and the development process and core viewpoints of industry and finance integration were analyzed and summarized. On this basis, through case analysis and field research methods, a detailed discussion was conducted on the management problems faced by Company A in the process of integrating industry and finance, and the reasons for the existing problems were deeply analyzed. Propose a series of financial management measures to address the above issues, in order to achieve business process transformation, promote business value creation, and optimize the financial analysis system. Through these measures, improvement can effectively enhance the financial management level of enterprises, making them more adaptable to the requirements of the new era of development. It is necessary for enterprises to reposition the functions of the finance department, starting from the actual needs of business activities, and build a value creation oriented financial analysis system, in order to better adapt to the actual needs of the enterprise. At the same time, it is necessary to strengthen the control of financial risks, integrate the relationships between various departments within the enterprise, and form an efficient and operational whole. The financial department of an enterprise should fully leverage the role of financial early warning analysis, comprehensively improve its financial early warning analysis system, and enhance its business prediction and response capabilities. Enterprises need to construct a comprehensive budget management system from the perspective of business objectives, ensuring the smooth achievement of business objectives by setting scientific and reasonable goals and decomposing key performance indicators. From the perspective of budget management, it is necessary to closely combine with actual business operations to better control costs and increase business profits. In addition, it also improved the information integration of financial and business systems, optimized the financial risk control points of business processes, and realized the iterative construction of industrial and financial information integration, improving the efficiency and accuracy of financial management. |
