羽毛球是一项历史悠久且趣味性极强的运动,在中国乃至全世界都有着良好的群众运动基础和极强的影响力,同时它也是学校体育的重要组成部分,是青少年最喜爱的运动项目之一。普通高中体育与健康课程标准中提出,培养学科核心素养是体育与健康课程的核心,要真正培养学生的学科核心素养,就必须大力改革和创新课程内容和教学方式,力求改变单一的灌输式教法,改变过于强调讲解、示范的教学形式,创设有利于学生主动参与、乐于探究、勇于实践的良好的教学氛围。目前我国呈现无运动量、无战术、无比赛的体育课教学现状,过分重视单一的教学方法和组织,因为课上教师长时间说教,学生却不喜欢体育课,甚至厌恶体育课。针对这一现象我国引进运动教育模式及领会教学法两种教学模式。 运动教育模式以“运动季”为单元教学,强调丰富学生的运动文化知识,通过比赛,培养学生对于体育运动的兴趣,增加体育比赛的经验。领会教学法以技战术教学为根本,通过简化的比赛,激发学生兴趣,锻炼学生实战能力,其教学思路新颖、独特。本研究将运动教育模式与领会教学法有机的融合,运用到高中羽毛球选修课教学上,建立一种较为可行的高中羽毛球选修课教学模式,检验其优越性,改善其课程的教学效果。 本研究通过实验法、问卷调查法、数理统计法、文献资料法等研究方法,以北京师范大学第二附属中学的高一和高二年级羽毛球选修课学生为研究对象,其中分1个实验班,2个对照班:实验班为运动教育模式与领会教学法融合模式;对照班1为运动教育班,对照班2为领会教学法班。教学实验时长为一学期,分别在第三节课与第十六节课对学生的技术、学习态度、团队凝聚力、团队协作能力进行前测和后测。最后,通过对实验数据的整理和分析,得出以下结论: 一、在羽毛球技术方面 在高中羽毛球教学中,运动教育模式、领会教学法、运动教育模式与领会教学法融合模式中都能够使学生的运动技术得到很好的提升,融合模式和领会教学法的教学效果优于运动教育模式。 二、羽毛球学习态度方面 在高中羽毛球教学中,运动教育模式与领会教学法融合模式与运动教育模式效果显著,领会教学法效果不显著,且运动教育模式优于融合模式。 三、羽毛球团队凝聚力、团队协作方面 在高中羽毛球教学中,运动教育模式与领会教学法融合模式、运动教育模式、领会教学法都能够使学生在团队凝聚力、团队协作方面得到显著性提升,融合模式的提升幅度优于运动教育模式和领会教学法。

Badminton is a sport with a long history and strong interest. It has a good mass sports foundation and strong influence in China and even the world. It is also an important part of school sports and one of the favorite sports for teenagers. In the standard of physical education and health course of senior high school, the cultivation of core quality is the core of physical education and health course. In order to really cultivate the core quality of students, we must vigorously reform and innovate the content and teaching method of the course, strive to change the single indoctrination teaching method, change the teaching form that emphasizes too much on explanation and demonstration, and create a teaching form that is conducive to students' initiative Active participation, willing to explore, the courage to practice a good teaching atmosphere. At present, there are no sports, no tactics and no competitions in our country. We pay too much attention to a single teaching method and organization. Teachers preach for a long time in class, but students don't like P.E. or even hate P.E. In view of this phenomenon, China has introduced two teaching modes: sports education mode and comprehension teaching method. Sports education mode takes "sports season" as the unit teaching, which emphasizes enriching students' sports culture knowledge, cultivating students' interest in sports and increasing sports experience through competition. Understanding teaching method is based on the teaching of technology and tactics. Through the simplified competition, it can stimulate students' interest and train students' actual combat ability. Its teaching idea is novel and unique. In this study, sports education mode and comprehension teaching method are organically integrated and applied to senior high school badminton elective course teaching. A more feasible teaching mode of senior high school badminton elective course is established to test its advantages and improve its teaching effect. Through the methods of experiment, questionnaire, mathematical statistics and literature, this study takes the students of badminton elective course in grade one and grade two of the Second Affiliated Middle School of Beijing Normal University as the research object, including one experimental class and two control classes: the experimental class is the integration mode of sports education mode and comprehension teaching method ; the control class 1 is the sports education class and the control class 2 To understand the teaching method class. The teaching experiment lasts for one semester. In the third and the sixteenth class, the students' technology, learning attitude, team cohesion and team cooperation ability are tested before and after. Finally, through the sorting and analysis of the experimental data, the following conclusions are drawn: 1、 In badminton technology In badminton teaching in senior high school, sports education mode, comprehension teaching method, sports education mode and comprehension teaching method integration mode can improve students' sports technology very well, and the teaching effect of integration mode and comprehension teaching method is better than sports education mode. 2、 Badminton learning attitude In badminton teaching in senior high school, the effect of comprehending teaching method is significant, the effect of sports education mode and comprehending teaching method fusion mode and sports education mode is not significant, and the fusion mode is better than sports education mode 3、 The cohesion and cooperation of badminton team In the badminton teaching of senior high school, the integration mode of sports education mode and comprehension teaching method, sports education mode and comprehension teaching method can significantly improve the students' team cohesion and teamwork, and the promotion range of the integration mode is better than that of sports education mode and comprehension teaching method. |
